Wow, that was amazing. I was not prepared for the sound the skull made when they pulled it off 😅 it was a hard watch but it really was fascinating. From start to finish Toni was treated with nothing but dignity & respect. Brave medical teachers, students, camera crews, producers, family & friends 👏🏼 Toni has taught & will continue to teach absolute thousands of students etc who want to work in all things human body - the list is endless in the areas she will help people learn. What a legacy to leave behind ❤️

Yeah that's the bit that got me (the sound) and I've sat through many an operation in my time. Her legacy is amazing and her family were too ❤️
 
I haven't had a chance to watch My Dead Body yet but will do. I crossed paths with Toni a few years ago, just before she became ill, she was a really nice person and her kids were really sweet. Such a sad situation

I've not watched it all yet, caught about 10 minutes of it. I have been thinking about Toni ever since it was advertised on the channel. I've thought of her all weekend in the lead up to the programme being shown. It's kinda broken my heart, seeing her in the videos alive & living, knowing what she had planned. Somehow seeing her alive and then seeing her passed is just so sad. I feel so much for Toni & all of her family & friends. What a brave brave decision. I actually considered starting a thread for "My Dead Body" as I was so astounded at this beautiful, brave inspirational lady.

I think it is worth watching but I feel conflicted because she acknowledge she lied in the past but argues she no longer lies and her legal team/employer (who was part of the team) supports this. I was only a kid when this case went to trial so I don't know a huge deal about it but the docu-series is all over the place imo and she passes the blame onto everyone but herself. I've done some more reading into it and I just don't think she is an honest person and how can she expect anyone to believe she does not lie when she blatantly lied to the police. I also feel very conflicted about the familial sexual abuse allegations and don't feel comfortable with completely dismissing them.

I watched it on Movies2Watch so I am not sure where else you can watch it but the eps did not buffer at all so it's worth watching on there if you want.
