More fish locker today. I love how much he has to teach. He ends up showing how to cook his catches. At the end of this video he cooks a lobster but freezes it first so that it dies pain free. It’s clear he cares about the animal’s well-being.

I managed to watch the first episode but didn't bother with the second as it took me much longer than hour to force myself through the first one! I'm struggling to get into it and unsure whether it is worth carrying on.
Thank you, I have this on my my watch list so I'll give it a watch.
