What are you having for lunch? #3

I cut a piece of sourdough from a nearly stale loaf, toasted the bottom side then spread the top with mayo and sweet chili jam before a layer of strong cheddar and some pickled red onions. Then toasted it. It was immense.

Then a yoghurt and four M&S blonde pecans.

Doing real great wfh lunches this week - makes such a difference when work is calmer and you can take ten minutes to use up leftovers in a nice way.
