Does her "shop" actually make any money. She uses it for her own personal gain. Does she put the money through the till or write it off as tax deductible? Anyone any good with companies house? And the way she runs it, always late so probably never open on time.

Companies House doesn't really tell the whole story for small companies, in my opinion. But she surely uses it for something as she makes it out like it is their source of income and there is no way it is and I haven't even looked at the accounts.it has to be used as some sort of tax vehicle for sure.
