She got her hair done so posted a thirst trap photo, only commented on by the weird perverts who follow her and tell her she has a nice smile.
Thirst traps hit different with a giant herpes sore on her lip 🤮

Notice when a company does video or pics, she looks completely different? Add video/Photoshop beauty editing to the list of things she spends time on instead of her kids, which she can't even be arsed knowing their ages.

Week 2 of tits is live. I’ve got snow. I can’t be any more pissed off. I’m going in.
---
1. First ten minutes is him tslking shite about threshold, lactate, double sessions. He repeats himself over and over again.

2. As far as I can tell he hasn’t done any strength again.

3. He moans on about having “ days” and then having to watch Netflix late into the night to decompress. This is making him tired and affecting his recovery. I literally have no words.

4. I think 3 runs at least were junk and there to build up to his magic 80, which are increasing to mid 80s next week. Injury incoming.

5. Lactate measurements all the time. bleeping hilarious.
---
“Days” is meant to be “long days” apologies.

Long days?? What the hell does he do all day? Maybe if he stopped faffing about with lactate measurements, drones, hot chocolate Thursdays and double run days......
I wouldn't be surprised if it was all down to poor time management, they don't seem the most organised or motivated.

I followed the link via runnerif4 and didn’t know who it was in first glance! Literally took me a few moments to realise. Her carefully posed, legs apart , angular photos that she posts are what she wants us to perceive her as, as well as the super fast athlete she wants to be. She’s clearly not content in her own skin and proud of her own ability.
she introduces herself as a long distance runner. Is that what she classifies herself above everything else !? As let’s be honest she isn’t exactly great at that 🤣

Dude looks absolutely wrecked and it’s only week 2.

A long distance runner who neglects to do many long runs when marathon training. She really wants to be this cool mara/ultra runner but it’s not her. She’s a halfer. Nothing wrong with that Kells! Own it!
This is me too. I enjoy half distance. Hated marathon training.

The best she’s achieved is a 4:02 marathoner, it’s hardly groundbreaking. Sure, she’s a mum, so are many others out there. She’s not inspirational in the slightest.

Does she talk about the number of affairs she’s had? No, I suspect not.
In our running club we have several mums who run, one of whom consistently hits sub 4 hours for her marathons and has done a couple of ultras now, one who has a child with extra needs and still runs with them in a buggy at age 6 (a specially adapted one appropriate to childs height and weight) as her kid enjoys it so much, one who has 5 kids ranging from 3 years old to 19 years old like Kelly who is still at least 1 minute mile average pace quicker than Kelly. Mums who volunteer at every other parkrun, mums who consistently win our county Athletics champs, mums who win the club race series.

All of them far better runners and parents than Kelly.
