When I spotted this thread just after lunchtime I was like "wow, Vonny, that's a name I haven't heard for years. Wonder what she is up to these days, I'll have a read..."

I've read the whole thing. I'm utterly astounded and my mind has been blown! So many absolutely cracking posts on these threads!

(I followed her back in the radfem Vonny / vintage Vonny / academia Vonny days, back when I used Twitter, around 2018ish maybe?)

Loving the new death metal Vonny Siobhan era, and the fact she seems to have hijacked her husband's band and their Instagram. Just brilliant 👏🏻

I know Doug. Knew of she of many aliases before they got together, just from twitter etc and knew there must be somewhere talking about her characters.
He is actually a really decent guy, perhaps a bit of an act, but seems genuine. I was pretty shocked at him getting with her and suddenly having a whole family to contend with! I have only seen her with him once before and haven’t had the chance to meet her yet. Dreading the day I have to be fake to her face. It will come!
I was at their gig for the main act but decided to go see them beforehand. Terrible!!

I can’t work out how to reply to people on this!

You just use the quote button on the bottom left of other people’s messages

Dougie is referred to as "Dangerous" because of a video he posted of himself going "radge" at bemused Boots counter staff who refused to take his "Scottish" bank note.
