As for the Council Tax she would’ve got lots of correspondence before court action so likely ignored it. My kids had hassle when uni students as exempt and we managed to sort it but we didn’t ignore anything!

Having the Haribo kid for the one day was a bit weird... Her sis must've been with them anyway so she wasnt looking after her on her own like she made out...VP clearly didn't take her back home and there were pics shortly after of her at nursery...

I'm sure council tax letters go to the person whose name is on the mortgage only and I don't think Ercan is .

You have to declare who lives there, so it goes to the occupants (adults)

The council won’t give a shite who she is they’ll just pass it to debt collectors. Like I said earlier, we had issue with uni kids and once I spoke to said collector on telephone he was actually fine. It’s the fact she’s likely ignored any correspondence.
