Sometimes I read posts of people going in on influencers who spend a lot of money (sometimes a bit recklessly) and they make out like they’ve made a personal insult to them. God forbid someone would would spend their own money. I read some posts, rolling my eyes thinking ‘duck off’

Yeah, like they wouldn’t do the same if they had it.

I think the difference is when that money has been gained through suspicious circumstances (see PTWM’s thread / the PayPal saga).
