Ultimategirlgang #2 I think we are in for a year of some verrrry thirsty single girl antics

I don't know but it won't be less than £600k. Old house sold for just over £1.25m, having been owned for 6yrs, so whatever equity would've been split between them in the divorce. She has some inheritance money and he will be paying towards the girls but the house won't be worth anywhere near the value of the old place. My guess is somewhere between £650-£800k. Could be a bit less than £800k top end but I'm working on the assumption that she is in a nice village and has at least 4 beds. I don't think it's more than that because Chris also needs to service the costs of wherever he is living (London?) and I just don't believe that her inheritance pot is large enough to cover the shortfall.

That's all total guesswork though. No idea really
The equity wouldn’t necessarily have been split down the middle. I got a lot more than my ex because I just don’t have the capacity to earn what he does for various reasons. Every divorce is different, and so is the financial settlement. She will, I’m sure, be getting a good amount of child maintenance. She may even get spousal support but who knows really?

I didn't say it would have been split down the middle. I just said it would've been split. I agree it wouldn't have been split equally, given she doesn't work and has the children the majority of the time.

Oh dear. Tut tut, Liv. Now we ALL know the only reason you shared a selfie of you working out is to show your childlike hips and thigh gap. It’s not cool. You look gross and it reflects just how shallow you really are. Very sad!
Seriously photoshopped - see how blurry the edges are around her waist and outer thighs. And her upper arm is the same size as her thigh. She has also tagged a filter for her face. She is small but this all makes her look like a child. Not cool.

I hadn't noticed the filter tag. Lol that it is called 'subtle'.

im surprised the old house ‘only’ sold for 1.25m but then I’m a Londoner so see sickening prices for 3 bed terraced houses I suppose
