I had to re-watch this a few times to see if my eyes were deceiving me. But no - ER is just that rude. The way she snapped that bracelet from the other little girl was shameful. And of course no than you either - instead she says what sounds like 'and can I have...' so one bracelet wasn't enough for her. Ugh. And Julie the proud mother filming it all for everyone to see. I don't think Julie is capable of feeling shame at the rude madame she's dragging up.
Wonder how Wanchor got herself a part in Young Offenders? I've never watched it but from the clips above she's nothing special imo. I suppose fair play to her for getting herself out there and following her dreams
