Would they only ask for one child then?
I wouldnt think she’d be brazen enough to apply for Carer’s benefit for a child she barely lives with and there’s enough proof online and even on these threads to prove otherwise. Even the domicilairy care allowance is difficult to be awarded. God love her, losing out on just over a grand a month. :rolleyes:Annoyed but little rant over. :ROFLMAO:

Could be just using Fionn as a decoy and saying it a dyslexia assessment. They usually chat with the child and parent separately on the section 32 especially if there is any vulnerabilities.

With all this talk about dyslexia can I ask how you go about it? I have a child in 3rd with DLD, it was mentioned a few times to get an assessment done the last couple of years, but said it would have to wait until at least 3rd for dyslexia diagnosis???? Haven’t heard anything this year, how do I go about it, GP? Speech therapist, school?? I have said it to the school a few times but keeps brushing me off. Sorry to derail, I’ll appreciate all replies to put me in the right direction.
