It mightn't have gone through the courts yet? I know someone who was done early last summer and hasn't had a peep yet (& is driving away)

I was just about to say the same thing there is absolutely no way a speech therapist would sign him off. I’d say she got her 6 x30 min sessions with hse and now has to wait 6 months to apply for a reassessment. Which she will then be waiting another few months for more therapy sessions. Well that’s how it was when we availed of slt from HSE. It may have changed now but Only way they would discharge him is if she didn’t attend his appointments and made no contact.

Well there is some that give blocks of it and then back to the waiting list you go (not signed off). But, they do give tips pointers and lists etc to work on with the child in the area they struggle with while waiting. Mostly print outs and ways to talk to a child to get their speech to what it should be. Never once hear Julie doing that with fionn. I think Julie expects everyone else to get her kids to the right point in everything. If you don’t work on speech outside of the therapy room then it’s like pissing into the wind.

She wont, cos she has ZERO WILL POWER! Shes only making it harder for herself, having no routiene, or rules..... i cant wait to see her up shits creek without a paddle! She deserves all the hardship, cos shes a lazy, lying, selfish, unlikable lowlife......

Court however as a solo mom to 2 kids 🙄 maybe she would get off lighter? The penalty point post made me think of it the other day. Wondering if anyone else here heard that?

If it went to court she would have an immediate ban. A few years ago it would have been at the judges discretion if they were put off the road but now if caught drink driving there's a mandatory driving ban enforced no sob stories will get you off anymore thank god

Not true

I'll try find articles but plenty in my local court house weekly walking out and into cars with varies sob stories(lies mostly), drink AND drugs.. disgraceful
