Don’t do it. A Botox specialist said they are the worse things to get done as everything droops as we get older. No matter how much filler etc you get. Imagine how horrendous they are going to be in 20 years. Be very harsh looking

Your specialist doesn’t know what she is talking about. Most phi/powder are semi permanent. The clue is in the name. Top up required to keep them. They fade to almost nothing after 5/6 years.
