TTC / Pregnancy after a loss

Thank you @Clickbait and @Pixie123. I’m trying to hang on to the fact we have seen a heart beat and the bleeding hasn’t progressed in over a week now.
I have awful period cramps but I’ve had them from the start but it’s making me worry.
I rang the EPU back today to ask for progesterone as I read the guidelines. They basically fobbed me off because my scan last week was from a private clinic and they wouldn’t accept it. They said they need to scan me first to make sure pregnancy is in the right place and they may prescribe it on Monday after they’ve seen me. I was starting to relax a little this pregnancy after passing the 6 week mark after my first loss being at 6 weeks and now this has happened and I just can’t take the anxiety and worry xx

Happy news to hear. Any loss just amplifies normal levels of worry to something more extreme. Just try and take things a week at a time. It does get better after 20 weeks although I appreciate at this moment in time that feels a long way away.
 
Just started my first period since my surgery, I know it’s a good sign that my body is healing but still feel so rubbish today. Any one got any positive thoughts please send them my way! Hoping to start trying in this cycle, annoyingly I think my partner is away during my next fertile window but we will just have to wait and see
 
I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks in October, then a 37 day cycle and now bleeding again on cycle day 13. Is it normal for cycles to be up and down after miscarriage? I always had super regular 30 day cycles prior to my loss.

Yes, it takes a while. I am normally like clockwork and have a 30 day cycle but with my two mcs it took a couple of months to reset.
