From having lost weight myself previous and gained, and found a happy medium I know the following.
If you are 100kg and a size 18-20 and then you lose 30kg and you are a 10 - 12, you may indeed get back to original weight but likely to be in a smaller size if this makes sense. (if you have included strength training/resistance work while you were losing it).
I would estimate that she is only a stone or 2 down from her starting size as the face don't lie, but the rest of her is not as bloated and unhealthy as it was before she started.
Again, no issue with her being fat, no issue with laziness, I am a fan of fatty lazy days and weeks myself, but I aint making a living off telling people how to be healthy and active while I binge Netflix and ate snack boxes.
I think in order to be a half way decent "coach" at anything in life, you need to have been at least slightly above average at what you are preaching yourself.
I feel sorry for her followers, but most of her followers are they type of people that "Like and Share" to send prayers to the Novena of the blessed sacrament of Our Lady of the Holy mother of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the daily mass in Knock, Or like and share a missing cat photo, from Ontario...in 2017.
