Totally agree. Is she going to hide away for the rest of the month and not mention it. This is day 11. She could come on and say that she thought she could manage to do 20k steps but it's too much for her and instead she will try to do 10k. It would be better to do that than pretend she is doing 20k. She can't go on pretending or not mentioning it for the entire month. Or maybe that's her plan, but we all know she isn't doing it. She needs to be accountable and just admit it.Wow just looked at that now. Crazy that she says all that yet just continues with the same lies and weekly resets. So is she just going to copy and paste that post for this current debacle. She cant keep hiding behind her 'Eating Disorder' as an excuse. She can still have an eating disorder and just be honest on a day to day basis of what that entails. What shes doing doesnt affect me in the slightest...but if may affect someone who sees her as a role model and perhaps is in the same situ and size as trisha and who sees her seemingly smashing all these goals and doing the 20k steps daily with apparent ease when that person is possibly finding it difficult to manage 5k or 10k.
Trisha ruined it for herself by vowing to 20k instead of 10 a day. Thats something elite athletes do when they're supporting a charity because they are pros and it isnt a challenge for them. Trisha begins to believe her own hype and considers herself to be an authority on fitness and training and commits to 20k cause she thinks shes a pro and all us lazy plebs can do the basic 10k.
Had she just stuck to the 10ksteps she could probably have managed it and it would have been good content. As is, its now a 'might as well get killed for a sheep as a lamb' situ and she knows she cant get near the 20k so just isnt bothering to do anything at all.
Just come out and say that Trisha. Not on a written post mind....to actual camera. Say you cant manage the 20 and u will strive daily for the 10k like everyone else. You'd be thought better for it!
