Wow just looked at that now. Crazy that she says all that yet just continues with the same lies and weekly resets. So is she just going to copy and paste that post for this current debacle. She cant keep hiding behind her 'Eating Disorder' as an excuse. She can still have an eating disorder and just be honest on a day to day basis of what that entails. What shes doing doesnt affect me in the slightest...but if may affect someone who sees her as a role model and perhaps is in the same situ and size as trisha and who sees her seemingly smashing all these goals and doing the 20k steps daily with apparent ease when that person is possibly finding it difficult to manage 5k or 10k.

Trisha ruined it for herself by vowing to 20k instead of 10 a day. Thats something elite athletes do when they're supporting a charity because they are pros and it isnt a challenge for them. Trisha begins to believe her own hype and considers herself to be an authority on fitness and training and commits to 20k cause she thinks shes a pro and all us lazy plebs can do the basic 10k.

Had she just stuck to the 10ksteps she could probably have managed it and it would have been good content. As is, its now a 'might as well get killed for a sheep as a lamb' situ and she knows she cant get near the 20k so just isnt bothering to do anything at all.
Just come out and say that Trisha. Not on a written post mind....to actual camera. Say you cant manage the 20 and u will strive daily for the 10k like everyone else. You'd be thought better for it!
Totally agree. Is she going to hide away for the rest of the month and not mention it. This is day 11. She could come on and say that she thought she could manage to do 20k steps but it's too much for her and instead she will try to do 10k. It would be better to do that than pretend she is doing 20k. She can't go on pretending or not mentioning it for the entire month. Or maybe that's her plan, but we all know she isn't doing it. She needs to be accountable and just admit it.
 
Hello and thanks for visiting us :) Also thank you for pointing out that post - for anyone who wants to see it, it's in her therapy highlight and it's the first slide that takes you to a grid post - wow that was over a year ago and sadly we're still here talking about the same things. I do hope she has the break through she needs. It was very open and honest, and I would imagine hard for her to admit all that. Made me sad for her
I don't mind Trisha as much as you guys seem to but I have only been following her since August, but it is the constant ads and not really applying herself to her 'reset' that made me read her highlights. Yesterday, I even reported her to the ASAI for not declaring ads..

I'm sure my opinion will be unpopular, but I believe Trisha actually wants to loose the weight but she's not mentally in the space to do it. Whatever her set backs are, she does not have a handle on them. She wrote that post a year ago. I believe she was being honest, but that still didn't make her face her issues. She's still doing all the things she was doing then. In the meantime she's selling books and classes and doing public speaking, all the while knowing it's all lies right now. She started a transformation and ended up being nothing more than #ads (when she tags them properly)
 
So did she go walking with her sandals on?

So in the interest of balance. I have done 9K steps so far today. Shopping, walk about village with kids, house bits etc.

I added a 5K walk manually to my Fitbit and low and behold I know have 16.5K steps done. I had no idea it added the steps if you add a walk manually. I take tiny steps around 6.5K for a 5k walk so it's working off my usual step stride etc.

Clear now where she is getting 20K a day 🙄

Are you serious ??? You can do that on her watch?? If thats what shes at she may get started on her next book: ' I inexplicably walked 600k steps in a month yet gained 2 stone'.....cause she cant fake the weightloss 20ksteps a day would bring about!
 
I just don’t understand how she’s getting all these steps done if she’s sat down in the cinema, sat down doing work, sat down watching the final. Am I missing something? The thing is, from previous experience of trisha, it tends to be when she doesn’t show something, it’s because it’s not happening.

if you can manually add in steps, i guess thats what she is doing. 🤷‍♀️
