But she's had MANY pt's over the years, and surely would have been encouraged to increase the weights over time? Even if she didn't willingly listen to them (Cause Trish knows best and all that) you'd think she'd be pushing herself a bit more now she's training solo? Any of her followers can see she's not progressing in the gym. She's not getting stronger or fitter, and certainly not losing ( although I know that's a food issue, not exercise) but it's plain to see that the gym is just a box to be ticked along the way, not a tool for self-improvement.
 
Lifting heavier weights would be more difficult… she likes to take the easy route! Like one of those people that think just physically being in a gym will make them lose weight, not realising they actually have to put work in

Plus the fact that she isn't addressing her diet. There's a very true saying that 'you can't outrun your fork'.
So with her unhealthy diet - even though she shows food that would barely keep a sparrow alive - she could be in the gym morning, noon and night. It will make no difference.

Grace Mongey (FacesbyGrace) goes on with the same nonsense. Look at me lifting this that and the other. Then straight home to eat at least one if not two unhealthy breakfasts. After being in the gym coffee shop of course for what she imagines is a healthy snack. Or two.
 
She hasn’t a clue about food. She should be eating protein and cutting the sugar. Porridge with chocolate, raspberries and peanut butter is hugely calorific. Pineapple pieces are full of sugar. Just because it’s fruit doesn’t mean it‘s sugar free. But what would I know? I only lost two stone in four months through gym work four times a week (NON NEGOTIABLE), no sugar and high protein diet. I’m certainly not bragging, but if you put in the work, you get the results. I kept increasing my weights every two weeks as well.
 
No wonder she claims to ‘enjoy’ the gym and promoting it as me time cos she’s just there as if to absorb the gym air will help her lose weight.

Seeing her standing there with teeny dumbbells (relative to how long she’s been going to the gym) versus most people when they’re putting in actual work - she’s afraid to move beyond her level of comfort.

Two stone in four months sounds amazing - well done! Doesn't it go to show that it is doable? Trisha should be a size 8 at this stage after her years of 'hard work' 😂

Thank you. I forced myself to go even when I didn't want to and made time in my very busy week for it. But I asked for help from the gym people and they made a programme for me, and looked at my foods as well. I give myself a treat at the weekends-chocolate or a takeaway but the biggest thing was I got sensible about my diet. There are a lot of beans, nuts and lentils in my life now😂 How is this one not progressing with all the time and money she has?

She's at it nearly 7 years I think now. And no real progress. Talk about soul destroying. I think for Trisha, sadly, money won out over her transformation.

Hahaha no no no - she wouldn't be a size 8 - she'd have bleeping disappeared altogether between scaminos and gym and the training she'd be like a bleeping lat - oh dear if only she wasn't so full of tit ! 💩💩💩

She's fierce quiet today - nothing on her insta for 20 hours. The Monday comedown, I'd say. I'd say her diet (food and alcohol) is gone to absolute pot lately. Sure she's hardly ever at home these days. She's looking haggard anyway, whatever she's doing to herself.
I’d say she had a weekend at Johnny B’s!! They were at the cinema according to his podcast and that would explain the lack of insta cause otherwise people would out 2 and 2 together. And by that I mean she couldn’t post her usual content as she was in Cahir and that’s the wrong background for her filters!! Fairly sure it’s been slow launched soft launched or what ever your having yourself. The will they won’t they makes trish think she’s Rachel from friends!!!

The bigger question to be asked here is how is she still using such a small weight relative to her own weight. It’s not just small but factoring her own weight she should be doing the basics reps with much more to start with. 7/8 years on that should be way better - but I’d say ever PT in a 50 mile radius has tried to explain that to her but as she’s a chef, she’d know better obviously.

Had to laugh at the ads for the knives. A 15% discount code - but only off the old stock!! The new ones are full price!! Sure everyone that’s gonna buy the knives must surely have those ones by now so an absolutely useless code!!! I mean put a code on the new stuff for Black Friday only - but at least give the lunatics that do buy them something. But obviously that business acumen wouldn’t fit the narrative and obviously as a chef she knows better!!

Anyone keeping a tally on how many spaces left on the new camino’s?? Or will they all fall apart before then? Surely she’ll be on the cover of tge RTE guide for Christmas with the “Postcards from the Camino” movie - then the Oscars in January it’ll be all go. I mean the editing process must be pretty complicated to get the angles and people into it but green screens and miniatures will be just like Long of the Rings for cinematography. I mean you’d expect nothing less from a chef obviously!
