No it's Photoshop. She's been caught before where it removed her ears but left her earrings behind. The hair pulled in around the neck, the enlarged perfect green eyes, the cherub cheeks, the pointy chin. If you've used a Photoshop app yourself it's all absolutely text book.

Yeah it's a dead give away, means there's a blank space to add her cherub cheers and desperate Dan chin, plus when it removes her ears it's less obvious.
