Yes, they seem to be totally taken in by her.I'd say the Majella's would be far from impressed, paying to go on the walk with Trisha, and then she does no walking. We all know well she isn't going to walk it, based on what we saw last year. But there are people out there who believe that she did walk it based on what she showed online, and expect her to walk it with them.
Brilliant!!!This must be the reason I saved this!!
One would think so, but did I read here that she is advertising for next year already! The camino HAS to be the end for her ! There's no way she can get away it ☠
Yes but once they all see her and realise she couldn't walk to the bathroom nevermind the camino hopefully the Majellas cop on and realise shes a con artist. One would think so, but did I read here that she is advertising for next year already!
Totally agree with you. Please don't kill me if I didn't word that correctly, I do not mean any offence to anyone whatsoever, but I have said for a long time that she has the Majella crowd because they feel sorry for her not because they think she's an inspiration
They're leaving tomorrow and nothing- radio silence about it. No packing tips (gone beyond getting 'training' tips at this stage) no last minute advice- nothing? If I was paying a clean fortune to go on this I'd be very disappointed. Unless there a 'secret' whatsapp group that all this is going on in. But if so it's a pity- she could've got so much interesting content out of it.
Totally agree. I can imagine a friend of mine doing it. She is a bit of a bossy boots - I mean that in a good way . She would take control and manage everything in a very unobtrusive way. Incredibly hard working and very very organised. All in all, the total opposite to my impression of this one.I've been on a group trip abroad which half were Majellas. it wasn't an active group holiday but some activities were needed. The skill needed to lead these trips cannot be under valued. They need to be calm, confident and diplomatic to manage group personalities. Our TT is none of these so I imagine the UWalk Guide will have to do that.
