I think (and I've been guilty of this myself in the past) that if something fits her from a "mainstream" shop she'll wear it whether it looks good or not.

Watched the reel of the photo shoot for the magazine she is wearing the same dress but it fits, as in the buttons close and they aren't struggling for dear life to stsy closed, so when she went and bought it herself she must have sized down. I tried to screen shot but was unable to get a decent pic. She probably has good shapewear on under it for the photo shoot too.

How did she look in the mirror and think she looked good in that dress. The side by side shows how badly fitting it really is. Trisha definitely decided she would fit into a size or two smaller what with it being a fabric with a bit of stretch. She hasn't a clue how to dress herself. Imagine having a stylist dress you in clothes that fit and looking good in those clothes and then deciding that you know better and sizing down. (Unless she has piled on weight since the photo shoot). She looked great when she did the promo for Shaws but she didn't buy any of the clothes after. She is a lost cause she never looks well put together or polished and professional. She sure does love herself though, she ain't lacking in confidence that's for sure.
