She seems so unprepared for this trip! No heavy coat, no layers. I was there around this time of yesr before and we all had ski boots, thermals and warm coats.
It’s genuinely like she packed for a weekend in Connemara and they just decided to hop on a plane to Iceland. I dunno why they wouldn’t pop into decathlon on the way to the airport and pick up some appropriate clothing.

Maybe she didn't have time to order the right gear in her size?? I assume that she couldn't just pop in and get something to fit in any old shop.

€24 quid for 2 beers is same as Ireland?
Food wise it is. I was there this year and have been over on other occasions.
They don't have a drink culture so drink is more expensive.
Flights to Iceland are so reasonable and accommodation most times of the year is cheaper than Ireland. New year's eve is an expensive time to randomly book for there.
I can honestly say people there will automatically assume trisha is American because of her size and poor clothing choices

On par with Ireland . The further away from Reykjavik you get, prices go up but there's duck all difference. Only places you get fleeced blind is road side shops and certain parts of the city.
She can binge as much as she wants.
Definitely not on a par with Ireland! For decent restaurants bill was over €250 each night for 2 people, only 1 bottle of wine.
We had booked a decent hotel so that cost we understood, but socialising, car hire, lagoons all very expensive.
