I fell down a Trisha hole on Instagram. She’s been spouting the same nonsense for years now. At least she’s stopped saying beat the bulge - maybe cos she realises it ain’t getting beat. Anyway, throwback to the sad Trisha post where she said she read her Tattle threads and it was all true

Well life coaching is one of the biggest scams going. You need zero qualifications to do it and the advice they give can be seriously damaging to peoples well being. No wonder trisha is slowly moving towards that type of job. The motivational speaking is just a stepping stone.
