Lyla is sweet but very very spoilt in my opinion. She’s babied so much for someone of her age- and seems very immature. I think Trinny plans to sell rather than pass it on to lyla.
I often wonder how well the company woukd KD so if Trinny wasn’t at the helm.

It would be quite hard for her not to be a bit spoilt I reckon; her mum has an immense and frankly insane amount of clothes that she has access to and her mum is also the partner of Saatchi. Money and access to so many things. I feel for her losing her dad so young and in such an awful way though. I'm sure Trinny did pamper her as a result and not sure I'd cast any judgement on that front (not saying you are btw).

I literally just watched her stories and wondered how on earth she does it. And after all her meetings she's got to present or go to an awards do tonight. I feel gross after flying longhaul. She must naturally have a lot of energy!

Trinny doesn’t do it all; she gets sick. Give her a week and she’ll take to her bed. Also, never discount the enormous amount of paid help she has to assist with her incredible energy.

I found her latest reel interesting: need direction in your 50s? JOIN A TRINNY TRIBE! Obviously these ticketed Trinny Tribe events are lucrative. A reasonably expensive ticket in return for a photo with Trinny and maybe some make up advice but the crowds look large and disorganised. The Trinny Tribe FB groups are as boring as batshit.

They sound like a posher version of all of the women who love Ruth Langsford's range on QVC and attend the events.
 
M&S used to have one that was white when you put it in too and then changed colour but annoyingly they’ve discontinued it. I haven’t found another one since either

I'd love to try her make up too but it's priced way out of my range and I'd be worried that I'd get the colours totally wrong.

Fashion wise, apart from when she took the GP lady to Boden, what is Trinny's obsession with Zara? As a PP has already correctly stated, they're a Spanish company and therefore the garments are cut for a shorter, leaner frame with a small bust. I am the exact opposite.

I think a big part of it is that there is a massive Zara in Chelsea, it's nice in there. She lives in Chelsea so doing her makeovers can be all under one roof instead of traipsing from shop to shop. It isn't pricey compared to Boden etc. She seems to like it for herself too so feels comfortable there. But I find it hard to shop in there these days - the sizing has changed and it all feels so small. I do get their accessories from time to time.

Also Zara seems to be happy to have her filming there. When she first started posting videos of her looking around Zara she used to be asked to stop filming by the security. I thought they were being idiots - she was doing a great promotional job for them. Clearly they've realised that too.
 
Yes, that makes sense. I always notice that the Duke of York Square branch they film in is located near to the Saatchi Gallery.
