All Tan needs is a decent meal, not carb heavy and pale an actual meal with real protein and greenery. Some vitamin tablets and a nice long soak in the bath followed by a decent evening out not just a trip to the local curry house. She’d feel much better for it!
That’s what annoys me, when people complain about depression and aches and pains yet they put crap in their body. It’s not rocket science?!
I think it’s clear Tanya isn’t doing great mentally at the moment, her putting “crap into her body” is probably part of her struggling right now. Wouldn’t it be great if the millions of people who suffer from depression could simply change their diet and be better 🙄

Is anyone else actually finding it hard to watch at the moment? I feel like I’m watching someone mid breakdown. She needs to get some proper help!
It reminds me ever so slightly of those God awful reality shows Kerry Katona used to do where we got to see a woman being used by her husband and at the same time her mental state was being played out for all. But as Susan says if it's just some vitamin supplements she needs 🤷‍♀️

I think as well stepping away from her instagram account she should do the same with youtube for a while, its clear she's in a downward spiral and not in a good place, we've watched her long enough to know she is getting worse and worse, she needs to come off all SM for a while, get her meds correct and help she needs. I do think she is very "Tan knows best" and would put up a fight at anyone suggesting it to her, im headstrong as well and like my own way ;) yet I know for a fact my husband would tell me straight things were not good and how they need to change for the sake of all of us, its not just about her its for the boys as well. Sadly I think she will just ignore advice like that and do what she thinks is best and end up paying the price in the long run.

Absolutely bang on, I'm as stubborn and strong willed as they come but my nearest and dearest would not allow me to vlog my daily sofa surfing ritual. There are definite Bi Polar traits with the sky highs and the lows also the spending money and erratic behaviour. I just hope the family and friends are there behind the scenes and working towards the correct support.

Vitamin tabs and a wash cures depression now
So you think being malnourished and unwashed doesn’t contribute to mental health issues then?

Wouldn’t it be amazing if all the people suffering from mental health issues started taking care of what’s going on in the inside before giving up?
Anemia, b12 deficiency vit d deficiency as well as loads More ALL can cause fatigue and depression, that’s not a myth it’s a medical fact 🙄

Tanya had had quite a lot happen this year that no doubt is contributing to how she is feeling however, having watched her for years, her mood is massively impacted by whether she is "on" or "off" plan. I think it's a combination of everything. If she was able to take little steps like cooking sensible balanced meals, a bit of time out for herself- the odd "pamper" evening, I do think that, along with professional help and the counselling to tackle the bigger issues, that things would fall back in to place for her.
I think she just seems a bit lost at the minute.

Maybe the way the person is feeling is contributing to the fact they don't feel like washing or eating, bi polar /personality disorders are not helped by any amount of vitamin B unfortunately ..

In an ideal world but feeling that way taking care of ones self is often just too much!

This ^
Depression is caused by a chemical imbalance. FACT.
I watched my friends mum over the years struggle with bi polar from extreme highs to extreme lows nothing helps until the " episode" runs it's course ..I'm not saying Tan has bi polar (she could have ) but whatever she has it seems to have affected her throughout her life going by things she's said over the years ...

I sincerely hope it isn't Bi polar, but watching her at the moment is like watching my mum about 7 years ago on her build up to being sectioned. Up down up down, buying random things, I received a parcel of tent pegs in the post from her once 😂😂 thankfully we laugh at it all now 🤷‍♀️

You would think her best friend Megan would be stepping in if she watches hers vlogs and see's the daily festering on the sofa, having your evening meal at 4pm and bed by 6pm routine and would hopefully help her 🤷‍♀️ If i saw any of my friends in that state I would be having an intervention. To be fair to Tan she has always done things for Megan and looked after Aubrey last minute etc a lot of times so hope shes making Tan feel better about herself and is there for her. Maybe she is doing so in the background.

My friends mum was the same buying from charity shops ,she used to land to her house with black bags full of tat when she was on a high but when she was on a low she was buying food and throwing it in the bin literally starving herself, it's a terrible affliction and the whole " pull yourself together " attitude just doesn't " cut it "..

No it doesn't, neither does 3 square meals a day and the daily vitamin D tablets.

There's definitely some unhappiness there. I don't know because her circumstances are different but I wonder whether it's because she's literally got no purpose in life, like working for example. Before, her boys were both young so of course she stayed at home but they're older and at school now, which leaves her nothing to do all day except copy and paste crappy meal plans. I totally get it as I have been at my lowest when I didn't have a job. It's because we relocated for my husbands job and I was only out of work for 1m before I found a new job but every day I just didn't want to get up because I had nothing to look forward to. Every day was the same tit, the only reason I got up was for my little boy who is my sunshine but I just couldn't handle being at home. There's only so much cleaning washing ironing etc one can do. I only have 1 child so wasn't completely rushed off my feet. I hope her friends are going to be there for her. Megan probably only wants to know Tan for babysitting purposes.

I’ve worked in mental health care for years, I know that some disorders are genetic, but there are preventive measures that include exercise and diet, and if you’re susceptible to mental health issues a lack of certain nutrients can trigger the chemical changes in the brain. Everything in the body is linked up. Being deficient in vital nutrients effects every hormone and chemical in your body. This isn’t a new age hippy concept it’s a medical fact.
If you’re overweight, having hair loss and depression then chances are your body is depleted in some way and the symptoms can be alleviated by extra vitamin d and b12 complex.

I think hers is situational depression, because obviously so much has happened in her life in a short space of time it's no wonder she just feels like giving up.
Yes I agree.

Yes I agree.
What you've mentioned there are symptoms of a hypothyroid person ,exercise can only alleviate mild to moderate depression not Bi Polar which is a completely separate illness as is personality disorders they both need to be manged with a range of tailored medications and therapies exercise being only a small part of these ..I thought working in mental health you'd know this ..The lady I knew had a very good well balanced diet her daughter saw to that it had no impact on her mood ...And your opening statement of what ANNOYS me when people COMPLAIN about depression etc tell's me you were definitely in the wrong profession..

She’s asked for Q & A video questions. This will be interesting 🤔
