She was driving the other day. Corey wasn’t married to her when he got his settlement. That money’s his. Whatever they made together while married is what they have to split. Correct me if, I’m wrong?

I mean, you can break pre-nups in the USA. I know people who've gone after their ex's future INHERITANCE, sue for part of their RETIREMENT 30 years BEFORE the person retires (meaning, the person contributes a crap ton more into their 401k, etc, while NOT married to that person). Doesn't matter. If they didn't sign a pre-nup, it's all fair game if they mingled assets.

A quick search of NJ Municipal Court's database shows that she just settled some court cases, involving failure to possess / produce a driver's license. IN NJ, this could mean driving w/o the stuff in her car, I believe, per Google...I mean, I'm 100% sure she has at some point possessed a license. On BE she even spoke about getting arrested for a DUI when she was younger, and how pissed her parents were, etc. Idk.

I seriously doubt, Corey has any money. Tracy may try to go for after his pension. New York laws are different from us in California.

You are correct. The settlement money was awarded to Corey BEFORE their (tacky) wedding. She gets nothing, nada, zilch, poof be gone Maloney! She needs to get a J-O-B.

I believe they actually leased it, too (she mentioned leasing a car once on her IG), so he's probably telling her he won't make her payments, and she had to give up the car to him. You know, she could avoid all of this by ... getting a job. Similarly, I'm pretty sure she's trying to get half of that settlement money he got, because no way she'll let him walk away with all of it.

On the divorce podcast she said her car broke down while they were recording once and she was stranded. I bet she couldn’t afford to fix it/get a new one.
