She probably got her mom’s old car and her mom must either lease or own a new one. Dealerships won’t “gift” you a car in exchange for promotion… so she’s stuck with what she’s got.

Actually sometimes they’ll do leases. Like Joe & Melissa Gorga got a Bentley (I think it was, it was a few seasons ago) from a dealership buuuuttt they filmed RHNJ at the dealers & then showed Melissa driving the car that whole season with closeups of like the dealers frame around the plate & stuff.
