I have been saying this from the start...I believe she used the hcg shots along with phentermine to lose all the weight. But she's going to end up gaining the weight back because she's not sticking to the plan she has definitely hit the plateau stage of the program!

My ex's mother did the HCG shot twice she lost 75lbs in 3 months but her diet was EXTREMELY limited. Absolutely no carbs, no fruits and sugar. Plain raw or steamed veggies, mainly lean meats and absolutely no alcohol.. I did this diet myself with the shots and lost 28lbs in a month. I however found it way too constricting for me and stopped, I did gain the weight back. What months do we think she could have done this?

So we are 2 months into the year and still no new episodes on her podcast. Maybe its time for a new job. All these club/bar appearances and promoting you are doing is just getting you a free appetizer and a free bottle. You cant pay bills with that honey.

You are also 34/35 years old and have 3 kids. Its time to be an adult and mom to your kids. Start promoting kids parks and museums. Things that people can do with their kids. You might have a better turn around.
