I got mine in TN and it was 6500 in jersey it’s more. I looked since that’s where I’m from and it was closer to 14k for JUST and aug no lift or anything

I spent $300 on a trial and $1000 on hair and makeup together a few years ago. But Juliette (the MUA/ hairdresser) IS AMAZING. The fact Tracy thinks she can charge close to that is hysterical. Look up JLGLAM work on IG compared to what tracy does she should be arrested for even thinking that price matches her work
