Like I said you’re entitled to your opinion but you are honestly the only one who still brings that stuff up, like everyone else seems to just be trying to ignore the drama, just say you don’t like her acting and call it a day, no one on here is accusing you of racism or starting anything anymore, I think this forum is past that and should just leave it behind
On another note I am starting to enjoy The Essex Serpent more now that it’s picking up- I rewatched episode 3 several times (for no particular reason) and the tension is building nicely. I think the chemistry is great and the performances are stellar. I have a feeling the next/last few episodes will be really great. I’m preparing for an emotional ride and maybe some tears.
I cannot *wait* to see one very pivotal scene, will be probably only in last episode or second to last....not going to spoil anything but it was so emotional and so hard for Will because it shook his beliefs in everything, that I honestly cannot wait to see Tom playing it.

Quite honestly, in the last decade (roughly), I would say that the 2 best shows for me were Orphan Black and Sense8 (I was so bummed as how short this was cut)I am not a fan of dramas with mobbsters and drugs.
Definitely Stranger Things. I honestly did not like season 2 much but season 3 was great. I cannot wait to see where they go with it because last season ended in a very epic way. But season 4 will be split apparently so I smell a big cliffhanger coming somewhere in the middle
ST will be split in 2 parts, as was Ozark (still pissed as how HARD they fucked up the ending) or the Money Heist. Hopefully they will close this one off with a bang! I sincerely have high expectations
I cannot, for the life of me, get into it.

That was a great movie, riding off the 'vampire' phasination (yes, phasination as it was the phase we were in late 2000s early 2010s)
Tilda is a goddess, so versatile and I think she was great with Thomas.
I do find that he works best with older leading ladies but I'm biased as my fav movie from him is The deep blue sea and immediately followed by OLLA
Side note, anyone else following Depp vs Heard trial? This makes me wanna go back to school and finish that degree.
One of my top 10 favorite movies of all time! Although he looks perfectly like himself with a fluffy part animal hair wig on, I swear I forget that Adam is Tom. He just transforms in that role. Also I'll be bummed forever that he didn't join Tilda in that one episode of What We Do in the Shadows as Adam. I can so perfectly picture how annoyed Adam would've been to have to appear at the Vampire Council

Marvels same as all the other marvel films will be massive. No idea why the secrecy over parts though. But I'm guessing if it is the parts most gossiped about it's because those characters are short lived and they don't want to give that away.
I do wish Tom would do another vampire movie. I suppose anything is possible after all Henry Cavill will be starring in Thundercats!!

You've got to be kidding me right now!! Please tell me he is NOT playing Lion-o because if so, I'm going to die and not in a good way.
I'm a massive Thundercats fan, I even have the shoes to prove it and even if the movie has been in the talks for AGES now, and I've been holding my breath for it to come to fruition since 2009, I wouldn't have pictured with Cavill on it!
I've googled about it and, apparently, it's only wishful thinking for us fans. Again, I wish he isn't casted as, selfishly must say, I do not see him for the role, specially since I've had my top picks for each role for a while now.
I still desperately want the movie made, just not with him as lead.
This shade of blue is very very appealing for me and I think it suits him 1000x time better than that hideous turquoise shade he wore at Kimmel, though I wouldn't have I paired with black shoes.

I saw Only lovers left alive for the first time only recently and it is such a great movie. And Adam and Eve are two of the most likeable vampires ever. Both, Tilda and Tom were incredibly charismatic.
However, it is a bit sad that two actors from the main cast are no longer here

I'd read the fan stuff and even seen the fan art but then one of the more reputable media agencies mentioned it on FB. I'd love the movie to be made it's a huge part of my childhood. I saw the remade cartoon as my little one loves it and it's just pants. I could see Henry as Lion-O but agree there could be better. There's also a live version of Dungeons and Dragons cartoon in talks...... funnily enough I could see Tom playing Venger in that.

Thundercats and Silver Hawks were and still are part of my childhood as you said.
I am so afraid they'd do a bad job at it, like I was so bummed with Jem and the holograms. Like, they totally destroyed it.
I also hope they never try to make a live action film of Sailor Moon.
Like those 4 cartoons are so close and dear to my heart that I won't accept anything short of perfection, you know what I mean?

I've actually seen a Japanese live version of Sailor Moon and it was ok-ish. But I agree no matter what the genre if you're taking something well known (cartoon, comic or books) you have a danger of ruining it

I'm watching this again to stop doomscrolling on twitter & distract myself from our current fresh hell in my part of the world, & he really goes into full Professor Hiddleston mode a couple of times when he's talking about the history of Loki as a character/mythological figure & then again when he's talking about the historical context of TES. Especially when he's talking about TES at about 14:00 I sort of got lost & sucked in to what he was saying & if I closed my eyes could have so easily imagined I was listening to a lecture in a university literature class. I'm not going to say he missed his calling, obviously, but he would be an amazing teacher if he had chosen to do that.
