Iām sure it was Carlās horse, during the line of changes he maybe applied a bit too much leg or rein and the horse was like oi let me do my thing hahaSo so happy for Tom Daley! Iām watching now on iplayer.
also, for anyone who hasnāt been able to see the dressage, if you have Facebook, go on Stable Express Facebook page and they have all 3 of our riders. What a power house Everdale is! Vogue looks like he was really hot and made a couple of mistakes but was still a nice test and Carl rode beautifully as always. Gio is such an awesome little horse, Charlotte on form as always too. So glad I have finally managed to see them and canāt wait to see the rest of their tests ā¤

BBC are showing the gymnastics men's team finals just now for those who are interested āŗ
iāve just watched it and i couldnāt believe how big he was! i canāt even imagine how strong lotties abs arehaha yeah he was a bit like āoi, bugger offā. All such different but lovely horses. Lottie Fry is tiny and manages Everdale so well as he is 17hh stallion with such expression. I want to ride all of them but I imagine Everdale would bounce me right out of the saddle
I was teary watching them too!!! So amazing! And his son got to watch it all as well (like heās now old enough to understand what his dad does)
We have our daily team meeting in ten minutes and I'm thinking, how dare this conflict with the gymnasticsI admitted to my boss that I had it on thinking she would tell me off. Turns out she has it on too we put it in the group chat and it turns out 3/4 of our team have got something Olympic related on at least weāre honest
I had to go in this office today as a bubble has burst. Bloody typical we then start getting gold medalsWe have our daily team meeting in ten minutes and I'm thinking, how dare this conflict with the gymnastics
Some of these big gangly up front warmbloods arenāt my cup of tea. There was a dark chestnut stallion yesterday who was a proper chunkhaha yeah he was a bit like āoi, bugger offā. Iām back in on Wednesday morningI mean this in the nicest way possible, but please stay away if thatās the case
My family rehomes ex-racers and my little nephew really wants to be a jockey, but he's so excited for the show jumping that he's took all the blinkers off his toy racehorses and made 'doilies' for their heads insteadoh yeah, definitely. These days I like something chunkier. I was saying to my friend yesterday that my next horse will be an Irish sports horse or a cob, with a barrel I can wrap my leg around and a leg in each corner. My newfy was small but had a back like a table and even though Iām tall, I didnāt look that tall on him.
I really like Gio.
Iāve got a pure ID and he definitely has a leg in each corner. I love Gio I saw Charlotte ride him in a clinic a few years ago and you could just tell he was specialoh yeah, definitely. I fell asleep during the triathlon yesterday. The amount of work those guys were doing was making me tired. As usual, so gutted as it seems the gold medal winner really gave it his all in the last 5 or so minutesI found the menās competitors were generally older, I guess because it used to be seen as more of a āboys sportā and now things are changing.
Yeah I saw Tony Hawk having a go on the course in between heats didnāt realise he was doing commentary, lucky Americans. Although like I said the Uk/bbc commentators did a really good job of explaining things so i knew what was going on, what the tricks were called etc. I watched the GB vs Germany hockey match and the commentators left a lot to be desired, I didnāt have a clue what was going on, I know the general premise of the game but didnāt understand why people were being carded etc.I fell asleep during the triathlon yesterday. But yes! That's exactly why the women's skateboarding has much younger competitors and since it's not as saturated as the men's it's much easier to get into at a competitive level
It's good to see Japan taking the gold for the men's as it will hopefully clear the sports association with delinquency and open it up to more people
I also just learnt that Tony Hawk is part of the commentary team and has been able to use the course too!
