He also said previously he would buy the rental as it was ideal next to the countryside to dog walk (that he only does in fair weather it seems otherwise poor dog is taken around the estate or main roads!)

Think the money just isn’t coming in and guess what matey boy the property prices aren’t gonna half like u were adamant!!

None of us care which house you live in JTC . Have to get the money / price in . Doesn’t matter how much the price difference is your still tied to a mortgage that you’ll need to make sure you can pay & while you have credit card debt you’ll either not get a mortgage or won’t be able to meet the payments because you over spend on everything
 
Exactly this! Why would u let others decide on a house purchase ! That desperate for the engagement!

If u can afford either then a 25k price difference is irrelevant! 100 other things to consider amongst checking the price/sq foot etc! He’s so fixated on money but really doesn’t have that much at all- Might need to sell his 👑 for the cash! tmpk is going down the pan….
 
Howling house num 1 is 25k more so he had to tell.us this, then proceeded to tell us he is Not buying house num 1 🤣🤣.

Plus his car on finance. As a sole peraon it would be even harder for him to get a Mortgage.
Plus his credit rating was shot to pieces so that wont of recovered yet.

He is as believable as he was too. Honestly, he’s like a young teenager that thinks they are the only one to have a girlfriend and keep showing off. He doesn’t talk about Sian as a real person, she’s just a possession/accessory. I really hope she runs soon.

On another note, statistically it is not Monday that is the worst day to start something, it’s actually Tuesday. Very basic research will tell you that, he just makes things up and hopes everyone believes him.

Still laughing that the utterbellend has spent how much on carpets and flooring on not only a rental someone else owns but one he’s moving out of so quickly. Looks like he’s got as much money as he has sense left now because he has finally spunk it.

I absolutely maintain he benefited from Franks will because no way can a few ebooks sustain his lifestyle. He could also be on Universal Credit for all we know. I think it’s spontaneously combust if that came out.
 
I think the new carpets were to appease his landlord. He was supposed to be buying his current rental, when he was ready to. I think he has since decided against it. He has fallen out with the neighbours when drink plus walking around with his phone at all hours chatting 💩 etc. I bet they're all sick of him. So I think he said he wanted to move out and buy elsewhere and she told dirty John to replace all the carpets he ruined before he left.
 
Im going to predict the nexr few months house wise!
JTC harps on about said house move for months on end, then days before when hes all packed and ready to move said sale falls through, someone else is moving into the rental so he has to then move to a smaller rental otherwise he would be homeless. In reality he is skint and a), hasnt bought a house b) cant afford his rental.

Completion date summer this year 🤣🤣 JTC you havent even applied for a mortgave yet 🤣🤣.
