Is he pissed again?? His dog raped another much smaller dog who just seemed terrified of Frank and look how proud he is. How immature of him bragging that his dog got laid as if he’s a 14yr old spotty teenager bragging to his mates at school that he knows someone who knows someone who shagged a girl for the first time.

So Frank is a year old but this dog is supposedly 18 mths so why does it look like a puppy ? Personally I think he’s talking tit , I think he’s the one making excuses and making it seem like it’s an accident . Did he not talk a few weeks back asking his followers what to do of that happened should you split them up etc ? So a few weeks ago that dog would of been in heat
Strange that it just so happens to be the same type of dog ?
I think it’s all been done with the intention to breed but to stop people jumping on him he’s making it out to be an accident
 
How do people still follow this absolute 🔔 end . He never ever stops ranting about the same shite day in day out … fat lazy bastards . When is he going to change the record . When does he ever do any cooking these days ? Car crash just waiting to happen
 
It’s only taken me 70 days to notice but can someone explain when he’s been following his plan when he has openly stated he hasn’t had the time to meal prep???
What actually is your plan John?? Because I’m pretty sure 10x sausages in a sandwich, or pre-packaged sweet bars, or 3x tubs of ice cream, or £50 worth of junk food (just admit you’ve eaten it John) aren’t in your books are they??
also You’re supposed to be doing 2x 45min workouts every day but all we see most days is his late night dog walk. The gym photos don’t count john, we’ve proved before that you are just posting old photos of this.
He failed this challenge in the first week and has been doing every day since - this is just another way of him being an arrogant, self-righteous liar

I have given him a wide berth for a few weeks but have been catching up on here, just watched his stories, no change I see!! In fact he is even more full of tit than usual and who would pay £149 for his crappy app!! He gives off Richie Howie (Team RH) vibes and I can see the same thing happening with his app, people will want a refund once they realise what they are actually getting, same as the Team RH app!!

And John, a binge is defined as EXCESSIVE indulgence of an activity over a short period of time. Your tabletop full of tit is a binge. Over indulging is an extra slice of cake, it isn’t 2 full cheesecakes eaten in succession. Who’s glorifying eating disorders? You’re basically hinting that you are too superior to have an eating disorder. Whilst I’m not suggesting you do, I am suggesting that you are a disordered wack job in general who needs cutting down to size.

That stuff about Frank yesterday reused old pics. Again. Another bad habit.

I can only theorise that his 'fans' don't watch his stories or dig into the comments. He's a nightmare of tit advice, contradictions and outrageous generalisations based upon his own choices, lifestyle and questionable practices.
The loyal followers think he's worthwhile based on a couple of recipe books that are Googled and the repeated pictures of his rarely full these days fridge. He's got as much credibility as a health and fitness influencer as Karen Matthews does as a babysitter.

You cannot block the tattlers who have you rattled every day discussing your 🐂 💩. You talk about binge eating and people being triggered, you couldn’t give a toss about anyone with any disorder. It’s just not on your ‘pathetic uneducated disrespectful’ DNA. What you are choosing to do on Christmas Day is a full out binge…. Google it, educate yourself because 100%, that is not overindulgence it’s a binge. Consider this someone has decided on Christmas Day because they’ve abstained all year to drink a bottle of champagne, bottle of white wine, bottle of red, couple of glasses of port, a cheeky wee Baileys. Are they over indulging or are they binge drinking. All day long both are considered a binge! All day long in the real world and not your world of make believe. Wake up moron.

The truly scary flaw in his twisted logic is that he repeatedly says he's earned it.
The best representatives of the health and fitness industry don't say this. Not that he listens to anyone else.
Looking forward to the app store reviews is my much anticipated Christmas gift from him.
Anyone else dreading the Christmas day chat? Hairy limbs and junk wrappers everywhere, bellowing about how he's earned it and everyone else does this binging most days of the year as they're fat and lazy.

I went to read these comments . He’s calling this person lazy who works 12 hr shifts with a 3 hour commute ???? How in the hell is that lazy ? His replies never make sense ! I’m so pleased to see people start to call him out on his 🐂 💩. His constant replies are you look like someone who loves a good excuse ‘ or ‘ I’ve never heard of you ‘ . Now correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t it an excuse to binge eat on Xmas day for ending the 75 day hard ?
 
He’s binge eating Xmas day because it’s Xmas day…correct me if I’m wrong but that’s an excuse! And I can’t stand the fact he calls what he is selling a “plan”. It’s not a plan!! It’s a bleeping bunch of stolen recipes! Mary berry has loads of recipe books, if I eat nothing but what I cook from her books does that mean I’m following the Mary berry plan?? No I’m just eating the tit from her books.

tell me what qualifications John has to direct anyone on a weight loss journey? duck all! Anyone who would trust someone who calls out any WOMAN who is overweight and calls them lazy and a pig needs their head testing
