One person has kind of tried to call him out under his insta post & everyone has jumped on with ‘ how do you know it’s his fault ‘ I think a lot are probably new followers . But the temptation to comment under every supportive comment is huge right now .
I really hope he stays away from her , he’s dangerous . The girl has moved on & on the surface has created a great life away from him . Loneliness has set in with him & now he wants her life to be part of his
Can’t help but feel that the reason behind this post is to stop people complaining about the app , the lack of meal prep etc . Just so he has an excuse to be lazy

There's a definite pattern emerging with hard 75 failure. The first one a couple of years back led to the drunk lives etc. The second to a mini melt down. And this is the third time.
It's as though hard 75 is his last crack at forcing discipline onto himself. I wish he'd learn that this doesn't work as it intensifies the failure and the associated negativity and feelings - so he can learn to stop inflicting this strategy back onto others. It makes people feel worse that when they began.

I find this whole aspect of influencer culture really weird. I mean, he’s got a lot of followers but he’s essentially running an online business (badly) he’s not a celebrity but this read like something from a reality TV show. This !!!! It’s like when him & C used to break up he used to release a statement telling everyone . Like he was Molly Mae & Tommy Fury
He has no discipline to do any of this without her & he knows it . He sees her smashing her goals and it sickens him that she’s thriving without him . This is just something else he wants to control . He’s running out of money fast .
He has that poor girl tortured and I’d like to think that after 2 yrs she’s strong enough to ignore him .
I also think the statement was for engagement & also a get out of jail free card , an excuse to be lazier without anyone questioning him

He may have written that himself. Assuming he didn't - I call this man all sorts on here and we all think badly of him but I'd never ever be so out of order as to write that. Encouraging someone to do that is despicable if true.
His response though is ensuring the real him is still right there and never goes away. Control, dominance and power. All the things he's trying to assert over C again.
And she's just posted apologising for not being around much .
Who knows who has been doing what.

Don't condone the message at all, though all I will say is if you spend your day to day life pissing people off, you'll get on the bad side of a few wrong 'un's in the process.

Agreed, it’s the worse thing you can wish on anyone. And out of all the comments it’s the only one I saw along them lines.
It’s obviously personal, as he’s responded instantly and the only ones he’s acknowledged. He’s not even done his usual likes of people’s comments.

It's fair to say he's a stranger to the truth. Loves his own narrative and there's no other acceptable version than his own.

Aah the 9-5 comment. Reminiscent of his drunken lives. He can’t abide the thought of work. Got news for you Johnny - you might be having to put a shift in somewhere soon.

He’s left that post on because he knows it will add to his pity party and garner sympathy. He’s quickly deleted the ones that were giving him a few home truths. He just wants an echo chamber to go ‘there there’ and massage his ego. His responses show he will never ever change.

If that person does work 9-5 at least they have regular money coming in unlike him who is probably having to think up some get rich quick scheme .
For all we know this could be C’s dream garden , something they’ve talked about in the past . He’s rushed to get it done hoping it would tempt her back . Holding off on decorating properly incase she comes back . Even though he claimed to have a mate with expensive taste that was helping him pick things out

Maybe the follower drop is due to folk who actually follow The Meal Prep King for meal prep advice (are they mad?!) finally reaching the end of their tether and this teenager-esque pity rant is the straw that broke the camel's back. He treats his potential customers worse than anybody so who can blame them.

Except you’re not winning John ! You have no friends or family that want to be around you . You may think you have a nice garden but it wasn’t created through hard work , you just happened to of got an inheritance that is now slowly dwindling . And you’re now selling broken kitchen islands & fencing to try and recoup some money . Surely if the company damaged that island they wouldn’t have left the old one behind . Or was it you damaged it putting it together & had to replace it yourself because to me it looks like you screwed the wheels in too tight and it cracked . The rest of your house is a mess and you’re stuck with 2 dogs for company .
