Also why does she need wedding planning advice from the psychotic TT family? Can't her own Sister who clearly got married TWICE or one of the multitude of "friends" who's weddings she attended this summer give her all the wedding planning advice she needs?? Is it just me? I wonder how many people will end up ✅️✅️✅️🚫🚫🚫 for giving wedding planning advice as they did when SHE asked for advice on her scamcer.

I have a question for our fellow tattlers in Ireland. WTF do patients in Ireland use since there are NO stoma supplies available in Ireland? Tiffany said twice imagine being stuck in Ireland because there are no stoma supplies available in Ireland. Do you shove a spud in the hole? Use a sheep's stomach? Who would have thought you cannot get stoma supplies in 3rd world Ireland. A bit like there are no hos pit Al's.

You can buy them from the pharmacy with a prescription.

We do use spuds to block stoma's.

We use spuds for almost anything as there is nothing else to eat.

We have no hosp it als. Just holes in the hedges where witch doctors give out spuds for every ailment.

We have sheep's for pets but when we run put of spuds we sometimes eat the sheep instead - Mutton.

We are no where nearly as sophisticated as the folk from Croyden innit.

Princess will land like Megain Markle. Bestowing her wisdom on the backward folk of Limavady and surrounding areas.

Don't even have to pay for prescriptions in NI. She doesn't have to pay even in GB as stoma supplies are free. Go Fund Me 😆 🤣

I saw that comment by Komal. I thought that was pretty hypocritical of her, given that she was involved in exposing Tiffany for tagging cancer patients. I’m not sure what she is up to lol

I felt sorry for Komal for a while but not anymore...... I seriously have lost any respect I had for her. Why pull out the racist card?
Komal you are seriously all over the shop. If you was a car driver I would be calling the police to report a suspected drunk driver in front of me. You literally jump from a to z and miss out everything in between.

Tiffany claims to have attended many weddings this year. I am sure that Tiffany is old enough to ask questions if she wants to wedding plan.

I now suspect that T knows or as been told that the nodules are non cancerous. Why do I feel this way? Because if she is truly on watch and wait then she would know that there is a high chance of growth on the next scan. This would mean starting systemic treatment or radiation. While planning a wedding? A quick low key wedding at the registry office yes, a full on wedding? No.

When Tiffanys says shes visiting Ireland she acts like its a million miles away.

I feel the same. I think she had to cause worry and confusion about those nodules because she had nothing else and she needed the viewers back for the big engagement hoopla. And as for that...I'm totally tapping out from watching even a nano-second of anything that pertains to this upcoming wedding. I can't stomach it. Heroes, all of you, that dig deep and watch for the benefit of the weak.

But it is the days and days it could take to travel from Belfast to Limavady on the horse and cart as it is our only mode of transport.
 
Wasn’t her original nodule found to be malignant once surgically removed? So why wouldn’t this be so for any other subsequent lung nodule? Until they removed it, they though it could be benign too. Remember, nothing medical she tells us should be taken as the truth.

those are my thoughts...too small to biopsy ...now two not one and I was under the impression that conclusively they could not tell if they were cancer or not...given the history have to assume it could be. I don't think any great declaration of nodules not being cancer prompted this proposal but as usual just speculating as no one here really knows. I think her nodules have to be considered differently from someone that does not have stage 4 cancer that has already spread once.

To be offered surgery there would have been a high suspicion of it being malignant. Non malignant nodules don't need to be removed. The fact that it had started growing again is an indicator of malignancy.

Yes I remember! And she said I don't want them to be worried about me so I don't open up to them blablabla... but instead I share everything online for the whole world and of course for £££
