As for the comments about Amma's reaction. Hard to determine from that what she thinks. I think she was expecting it so no shock. If I had to guess I think she is no doubt grateful that he rode out the worst (so far) of the surgery, recovery etc. and it sure helped to have someone else in the house. I would think as a mother she is concerned about the cultural differences and was probably hoping for a nice Tamil guy for her daughter. TT is no longer really marketable so at this point doorMatt is probably as good as she could hope for. I expect the filming in Ireland wlll be cringeworthy at best. Skimming is the best I can manage these days but still enjoy the TS videos.

Is the catholic church so strict in the UK; that a priest should ask a young couple what their plans are for having children? Just asking, cos over here (Belgium) no priest really cares. They don't marry gay people, but with a hetero couple no further questions are asked... only are you willing to welcome children into your life... just answer yes and the priest is happy.

They shouldn't even be taking communion ATM as they are living in sin. Some catholics do but they they generally hide it from parents and don't post videos of themselves groping in bed, never mind the constant groping everywhere else. IFV is a complete no no. The Catholic Church views IVF the same as they view abortion.

With IVF there will be ovum fertilised with sperm that will never see the light of day. The Catholic Church believes this to be conception (a soul) and therefore destruction is a mortal sin.

This is all a bit fire and brimstone for 2024 😂 Report to the Vatican! Defrocking priests! That is absolutely hilarious.

I don’t know if you’re a Catholic (I am), but you must know that priests are extremely relaxed about these things nowadays. They really don’t expect virginity and no priest I know even asks couples if they live together. Even the pope is modern in his outlook. Remember his offer to an unmarried mother to baptise her baby himself as her priest wouldn’t do it?

The Catholic Church does not support the idea of surrogacy and I applaud the pope’s comments on this. But, the reality is quite different. Lots of Catholics have surrogates. We know 2. They definitely don’t go up in flames when they go to mass. And we went to their twins’ baptism!

I agree. I have a friend who got married 25 years ago, she lived with her boyfriend a year before she got married... the priest was not very happy about it, but getting married into his church was no problem. And this was 25 years ago...

I'm not religious but it's offensive how she uses religion as just another brand and a thing to attract the religious population to watch her crap. Her praying in the car for blue balls, Amma, and "youtube family" was absurd. Or gushing that she believed that she wasn't stage 4 (in the misdiagnosis video) because of the prayers from her viewers. She is full of crap.

Like everything else she does. Nothing is off limits for her own gain and faux bulltit for ££££. I guess if cancer survivers are fair game for manipulation so too is catholism.

This lady has no moral compass whatsoever - like all narcissists.

She'll be at the chapel flat out for the Limavady/Northern Ireland pretense visit, shown sometime this week, even though they are long back.

No questions are asked, but the couple should be in agreement with the Catholic church's teachings, otherwise they are lying and why would one lie to a religious authority? If one is a believer, and one is Catholic, then one is breaking one of the 10 commandments already if one lies. How is that good for anyone?

The line about 'welcoming children' (i.e., natural pregnancy) is probably going to be omitted in her case, as it could actually sound a bit heartless since she is unable to welcome children via pregnancy and she is free to adopt or not. She is not required to adopt. If one is unwilling to accept the terms, the priest should not perform the wedding, and the couple should go the civil route.
I knew a Christian (not Catholic, though) couple who were infertile. Rather than adopting, they were providers of foster care in their homes for many children throughout the years.

Here is US if one or more catholic wants to be married by a priest there are requirements including classes and retreats. These do stress natural family planning but no questions asked. Most couples do what they want in that department and priest marries them no problem. Religion is a personal thing and many consider themselves catholic but don't abide by some of the outdated rules etc. They can still receive communion etc. I don't think there is any lying involved as no direct questions are asked what the couple is doing or will plan to do. They just instruct on the church's stance and up to the couple. I think getting married in the church is the least of TT's worries. I would be surprised if it is that different in Ireland. Quite honestly the church makes a nice amount of $$ to get married and they will marry you no matter if you are living together or not. No one is checking.

Yes, I agree about the brimstone!! This is also to get the point into Tiffany's very thick skull that she just can't make her own rules and still go around flaunting she is Catholic. Sorry, but that is the truth. In Tiffany's case, she knows already she cannot have children. A priest could refuse to perform the wedding if she outright says that she will use surrogacy to have a child. Sometimes, a bit of 'tough love' is necessary.

Also, in Tiffany's case, she is flaunting all of this online. Whatever she does in her private life should remain private, especially if she is breaking rules, lies to a priest to get her church wedding, etc etc. because she could potentially be sending a very incorrect message about Catholicism to others, just like she gave half-truths or even lies about her tumor months before her major surgery. If she plans to get a wedding in the Catholic church and already knows that she is going to use surrogacy, she should not be flaunting that online.

Also, and this is very serious: Any priest who promotes anything other than the strict Vatican principles will be defrocked. This is the nature of Catholicism. Love it, or leave it, just like anything else, really. So, if there is a corrupt priest in her vicinity, he could also be corrupt in other ways. People who bend one rule usually bend other rules as well. They do need to be called out, actually. For doctors, there are malpractice suits. For priests, there are internal inquiries to ascertain what was said or done. Every profession has its standards. Without standards, who or what can be trusted?? Even with standards, trust is often broken. Imagine if there were no standards at all!!
There is even a type of code for engineers and scientists. Falsifying research results can result in losing one's job or position. It's really easy to change a number here or there...then lose one's job!!
