Astin "Baby" looks like he's having a wonderful time with crappy almost as happy as he is with his mother!! The only time the kid has a smile is when he's getting "sweeties" chocolate buttons and ice cream.

I think that kids going to grow up a c u next Tuesday like his father and crappy.

You know if you are going to put the kid out on the internet then I guess it is fair to comment what a disagreeable kid he seems. He seems the perfect cross between Elodie and Barani and spoiled to the point that it must be difficult for the average person to be around him.
---
She didn't want to look like an albino next to Barani's sprog hence no filters 👍
no wonder she can't work more than once per week...putting on and off filters in the editing process is a full time job for "our girl".

The subject of children between them already stands out. Many of their friends already have kids, and as per one of the Limavady videos, Matt's brother already has a child. These observations could also have the effect of not making kids a requirement in Matt and Tiffany's life together given that both of their respective siblings do. Lineage is assured on both sides. Tiffany and Matt could just resign to being a good aunt and uncle. However, they might need other interests in life, unless Matt is Ok with just a day to day life with no changes other than time passing and aging occurring.

I think the only way Matt would leave Tiffany is if he falls in love with another. I doubt he would tell Tiffany to move out unless he already had someone in mind....kind of like how Tiffany likely two-timed Tiroy. KARMA!
Remember a while ago with one of her q&a's, they both said a big YES to children... marriage was a bit too tricky with her cancer and making him a widower soon... but kids YES bring them on! Such a shame they only have 2 braincells and refuse to explain to the grannies how exactly do they think of becoming parents? The stork? Amazon? cauliflowers? a tamagotchi?

And the grannies who also have 2 braincells don't question it. A baby that fell from the sky into the creme house.

I looked up UK surrogacy. It is legal, but there are currently changes being proposed to the law which dates back to the 80’s,

Looks like the biggest issue is that the surrogate is legally the mother - even if it wasn’t her egg that was used, Then after birth there has to be a legal action to make the people whose egg and sperm were used the parents.

I have to assume that as in US it is a very expensive process? That legal issue which I think is not the case in US (have not researched) could be very very stressful and would stop me.

Odd question for UK posters. I noted what sounded like a very odd pronunciation of the H by TT in saying HRT. I thought maybe it was the norm but listened to some educated UK woman speaking about it on YT and they say the H more or less the same as I am used to. What form of English is she using when she says the H that way. It sounds awful.

In 2005 here in Belgium was a case in which the surrogate mother (who lived in Holland) kept the baby for herself. She only carried the baby, the egg and sperm were from a Belgian couple. Even a law suit couldn't make the baby return to her biological parents. That's the problem with surrogacy, the woman who gives birth is seen by the law as the mother, who's egg or sperm it was is not important. I don't see Tiffany going for this procedure, maybe if someone in her family wants to "help" them but I don't think anyone would take this risk. If you think about it, many things can go wrong. What if the baby is severe disabled and the biological parents suddenly don't want to adopt the baby?

If anyone is interested, google "baby Donna"

I don’t remember the names of the countries, but I have read of couples using surrogates in lesser developed countries where you can legally pay the surrogate. I’m guessing the countries couples use the most also have laws that make it less likely the surrogate can refuse to turn over the baby.

IN US very expensive and contracts pre birth written in such a way very difficult to not turn over the baby. TT will never get to this point...can you imagine the poor surrogate that had to deal with those two. I don't even see marriage happening let alone family plans.

The princess wouldn't go through with it. It's a long arduous process. Not cozy at all.

@H&N I can't believe that it would ever be considered ok for the surrogate to keep the baby. I thought the egg and the sperm were the "owners".

Looks like "+ Matt" was added as an afterthought. 😎 And Astin's expressions are nightmare material 😱😱
'Chittii and Matt', she wrote, and that is very telling. She did NOT use the Tamil word for UNCLE in reference to Matt. Astin must be too young to notice that when he goes to great-auntie's houses or other family member's houses, Tamil family words are used to refer to them, which is not the case with Matt. Matt is just Matt, not a Tamil family member word is used to refer to him. Tiffany is correct to write 'Matt ' because she is isn't married to Matt nor is she in a civil partnership with him that we know of.
About Astin's expressions being 'nightmare material,' I noted that he wasn't happy to return home. I wonder if that says something about his home environment. Tiffany told him that he could return whenever he wants. Astin's expression in the car was especially grouchy. Why is he so grumpy?

Also, Tiffany is UNABLE to prepare RICE without a rice cooker! Folks, I am not of Indian or Chinese origin (that I know of! Though, I'd like to take a DNA test but haven't yet honed in on which one...) I am able to prepare rice in a casserole, for the most part Basmati rice, or any other rice in a casserole, and do not use a rice cooker.
So, Matt and Tiffany miss rice because they don't have a rice cooker! She could learn to make rice in a casserole, and it is really not difficult at all. (and NO, the rice doesn't stick to the bottom of the stainless steel casserole, doesn't burn, and I don't use Teflon-coated casseroles nor do I add oil to it !) All it takes is practice, the correct setting of the burner so the rice won't stick to the bottom, and to remove the heat when the water is absorbed and let the hot rice sit for a few minutes.

Nope, the person who gives birth is legally the mother and has all the rights.

I think the kid is a grumpy kid cos there's something very wrong with his parents. One of them is depressed, the other one abusive?? I don't mean physical (but it's also possible of course) but mentally abusive? Remember the two sisters come from a disturbed household with (in my opinion) narcissistic parents... if you grow up like this there's always a possibility to do the same stuff to your own children. A child that never smiles and looks depressed is a huge red flag something is wrong. I feel sorry for the kid.

I can't believe HA can't prepare rice without a rice cooker. The princess can't prepare anything in any manner.

I thought the same about HA!, but then I wonder if the Irish actually cook rice routinely. Matt could learn, though. Tiffany will say, in her defense, that her mom uses a rice cooker, and that's why she never learned. That could be the case, but relying on technology all the time and on another appliance in their very small kitchen is a disadvantage. I'll admit that a rice cooker is convenient, but when one has such a small kitchen with very limited space, what they don't need is another appliance when rice can easily be prepared in a casserole!
