That is what happened. Seems like they discharged her and then the tease update in her first comment says she was back again. I think something is going on big time in there and not just eating something "dodgy" as he said. So big tease up for Thurs.

It won't be anything big. An infection or the consequences of the crap that she eats. She is probably finally getting some of the usual complications coming from the big surgery and stoma.

I couldn't get past the chunks around her mouth, in her eyes or on her nose. I can't believe her cult believes the excuses for these strung out videos. This one was 16 minutes, she sat and edited it even though she went back to hospital since then, but couldn't add 5 minutes of the 2nd visit with what they found and show she is home resting now like her comment says? Bullshit. I don't understand how someone can feel like a good human doing this. She knows half of them won't read her comment and will worry.

Yep there is nothing serious going on. Drama drama drama.

Notice that she doesn't reveal what they found and is as vague as possible with the Don't worry I'm fine. She had tests and an xray done but she won't mention results.

Will she wear the we got this merch on her death bed?

This creepy woman/child has more than one cancer to worry about but she’ll never see it..she has a cancer of the soul cos that’s what I believe narcissism is..she’s loving and lapping up the attention and playing the victim..and purposely torturing some of her poorly subs who actually give a s*it about her..I also hate the way she makes me personally feel about her..I’ll miss her when she dies for the laughs she’s generated at her expense obvs cos she‘s a joke but not personally funny..but part of me also (if there’s a hell I’m going too) wishes she’d just get on with it..
 
The only way anything is ever going to touch the sides of this manipulative , narcissistic , con woman is in the pocket.

I abs don't wish her health concerns but I hope by some twist of fate she looses every penny.

She is that blind she doesn't realise that all this striving for £££££ and playing vulnerable people is pointless because she can't take it with her. There are no pockets in a shroud.
 
Tiffany is keeping the camera so close to her face that even the top of her head is cut off in the recorded image. She likely returned with her mother to the Croydon house, as it would have been near midnight when she got discharged based on what she had said. (She said that the nurse told her that the second saline pack would take about 4 hours, and then wondered if she would be discharged at midnight or not.)
Regardless, her mother likely wants to take care of her, and Tiff is more comfortable in the Croydon house with her mother than in a flat with Matt, so she won't have to worry about Matt and his breakfast, lunches at home, and dinner. "Our girl" needs taking care of during this illness, and only Amma is ready, willing, and able to do it! Also, she can sit in the little garden in the Croydon house and relax, which is better than a small room in a flat.
Here's just a little detail: Matt called or texted and said that his heart hurts (not the blue pair down there.) That must be a code phrase for 'I've got the flat and bed all to myself!! Let the virus- or bacteria-laden maiden stay with her mum!"
Since they occupy two residences, Tiffany may as well stay with her mum so that Matt would have less chances of catching the virus or bacteria Tiffany has. Also, I believe that when Tiffany is sick, she really prefers to have her mother with her. She's a mama's girl!

I agree that she likely returned to the grey box. I wonder though if she didn't wake up in the cream flat (it looked like it at the start of the video) and called the mother to take her all the way back to RM A and E instead of her closest A and E in Tunbridge.

Thursday we will see round 2 where she RE presents to A and E, wears a different merch hoodie and goes all out with the filter.

If they have ruled out her favourite c diff she might even have to share space with the great unwashed and not get her own room.

Bummer.

If the last scene of the video she showed was filmed the morning after her re-hydration at one of the Royal Marsden hospitals, then she would have woken up in the Croydon house if that's where she spent the night. I doubt she would have wanted Amma to drive that late at night the longer distance to Tunbridge Wells.
Oh, the Royal Marsden was really ahead of the game this time: They had Tiffany stay in a corner by herself when she was waiting, as she is a frequent customer! Then, they gave her a private room, room #2! (This was because the virus or bacteria she was thought to have might have been contagious.) Of course, Tiffany will return to the Royal Marsden to be treated so well! It's worth the drive even when she is in the cream flat.

The stupid A & E in Tunbridge would have been no good as they would have had no idea of the Princess' status. Only the pheasants go there for an accident or an emergency.

So her 'plight' was neither an accident nor an emergency when she chose her hosp it al.

Her NHS air miles are piling up.

She makes no sense at all. She says the surgeon's team told her to go to the hospital if she has any vomiting but otherwise she just has a hernia. Then she says she didn't sleep at all and vomited all night long. Why did she not go to the A & E as soon as she started throwing up. Her mom or Matt had to have known she was sick and one of them should have taken her to the hospital immediately if this was true. Instead she waited until the morning when traffic was bad? Something doesn't add up.
