Boy she looks rough...but did not forget the sweatshirt...so says she has hernia but sounds like more. I have no clue what is going on but one thing is for sure her dietary habits and awful and most after the cancer would really clean that diet up...getting iv hydration...I am not sure if she is in ER or admitted? At least she updated her TT fam.
 
Here in the US she would still be seeing the med onc every 3 months, especially since it was confirmed she has a lung met (and a liver lesion to boot that needs close monitoring). For those who can still stomach watching her has she mentioned those visits? It's a remote possibility that the cancer has come roaring back in her pelvis or abdomen and she has a met in her abdominal wall. For anyone who is into cancer trivia like me ask Dr. Google to describe a Sister Mary Joseph nodule. Anyhoo ... she was well enough to remember to don her ugly merch.

I realize that but makes me wonder what is really going on....i have to assume this one is in real time? I think she is losing weight again and wonder if she is absorbing the few beneficial calories she takes in. Now of course she needed the crisis for views but those sunken eyes look a bit ilke a few cancer patients that I have watched that are no longer here.

She has been getting frequent scans and is due for more in March.....however assume they will do them now.

Again if she was my daughter I would slap her in her pretty face when she first has to grab her we got this sweater (and make everybody else wear it) before going into hospital.

I am such a soft egg cos I'm already staring to feel sorry for her. If her condition is true for once of course. Why on earth didn't she get chemo AFTER that big surgery, why is she so against chemo if it could safe her life.

Her last video had to be less than a week behind where the bump was announced given the best before dates on the food she was showing.

It is not possible to lose that amount of weight in 3/4/5 days.

She has been contouring 2.0 for the clicks and the donations.

No doubt she is sick - in more ways than one - but as usual is ripping the ar$e out of it for Sunday pay day.

I agree in a way. However, the lighting wasn't optimal. When she briefly shifted positions and more light reached her face, she seemed more like herself. She was backlit for most of that video, and that is unflattering for most people. However, I do agree that she looks like she lost weight.

FLUFFY!!!! What the FOX??!!! Unless you know you are richer than she is, WHY did you donate??? Tiffany does NOT need your money. WHAT is the MATTER WITH YOU? Please talk to a professional, because this is how people get conned out of their savings. I would understand if Tiffany were poor, and I also would donate. But this is NOT the case. TIFFANY HAS 2 RESIDENCES, at least ONE of which is a HOUSE in Croydon. MATT WORKS. Tiff, Matt, and Amma EACH have his/her own car!! THEY ARE FINANCIALLY WELL OFF.

My Advice: PLEASE do NOT donate TO HER ANYMORE! Rather, DONATE to CANCER RESEARCH or the ROYAL MARSDEN, and do it in Tiffany's name if you insist on doing it for her, if you want to donate to a good cause.

Donate to what? Why? How? Above there was a comment about chemo follow up to that last surgery....at her age she should have taken advice if that was recommended ....you can do "cold capping" and not lose your hair if that is her issue. I think she so felt it was all behind her after the "big" surgery that someone she cannot process that cancer can return....stage 4...anything can happen. Big mistake if that chemo was recommended. Call me gullible but she did evoke some sympathy in that video...I think way more is going on than we know.
 
Hopefully, she'll be back to her Irish antics soon. By the way, to find the Tiffanystinks channel, typing 'TiffanyStinks' did not work for me because Youtube doesn't even bring it up when I type 'Tiffanystinks'. I typed 'Amma's Big Purchase', and the first video on that search is from Tiffanystinks.
