The upgrade addressed the card to 'Miffany' (Matt+Tiffany). Why such formalities between friends? Cards, flowers, gifts? This isn't a birthday or other special occasion, or is it?! and no, Matt probably doesn't want to be referred to as MiFfany. (My fanny?) MiFfany is tired today! MiFfany needs a rest!

I've not read through the most recent comments here but right now I just want to reach through my computer screen and throttle the TiFanny rodent! Her last 2 videos are pure clickbait. Pain in Stomach followed closely by Bump Sticking out of Stomach. She goes on and on and on and on about being worried about the stomach pain and now the bump but has done nothing about it. In the meantime all the TiFanny 'doctors' who received their medical degrees from the Google School of Medicine are giving her advice, making a diagnosis, a few have recommended certain meds, some are worried for her while others are just pissed off at her for going on and on and doing sweet bugga all to get it checked out.

I honestly can't believe that this 'woman child' is going to be 32 years old this year. She's had cancer, she's had a few surgeries and yet she isn't capable of making a decision to see a doctor. It does sound like a hernia from what she's said, but who would know for sure? I had stomach surgery many years ago and in January 2015 I had upper abdominal pain similar to what the Fanny described in the first video. There was also a area of swelling to the left of the incision site. The pain would come and go. Some days were fine and on other days I had the pain and also nausea and sometimes vomiting. My bowel motions also changed. I saw my GP who ordered some tests but before I could get them done (the next day in fact), I started vomiting again and this time it tasted like faecal matter. Sorry to gross you out.
A trip to A&E was the first thing I did and a CT scan confirmed that I had an incarcerated hernia. Part of my intestine was protruding through the abdominal wall and unable to be reduced. I ended up having emergency surgery that same day.

I'm not saying that is what she has, but it definitely warrants medical review.
She's saying that she didn't go to work that day because she didn't feel well, and yet there she is having her nails done, going shopping for cakes etc and having lunch with a friend. I hope that her work sees that video and her bosses say something to her about not being well enough to come in to work and cancelling her appointments yet still able to go shopping, have lunch with her friend etc.

I did notice that when she was unpacking the bag of goodies her friend had given her and talking to Matt (who wasn't in camera view at the time), he sounded rather bored with it all. Maybe it's just me who got that vibe. Some of the sheep are getting rather restless and annoyed with their cult leader judging by the comments I've found. And I don't blame them. Her last 2 videos have pretty much been nothing except for talking about stomach discomfort and now a 'bump'. And cakes, cookies and peppermint tea. She really is clutching at any straws in order to keep her fans but surely some are seeing through her?

She has no real friends; All we see in those vlogs are close family members, her sister, nieces... This Tamil upgrade Jess is probably also a distant relative of her; Princess was probably keen on showing off her new apartment and that's why poor Jess felt the pressure to buy her some sort of house warming/ still having cancer- gift.

It's always the same with her. She is such a dick for worrying her dolts. Why even mention the bump without then giving an update on what was found? She instead goes to have her nail did and subjects her viewers to see the crap she eats. She knows more by now. All the sympathy that I've ever felt for her is gone. If she has another recurrence and dies, she is definitely heading to hell.

Yes it rings alarm bells for me as a very similar scenario to the wait and watch period in time that was all just propaganda to ring in the numbers. That dirty smell fanny rodent just played her audience like a well tuned violin knowing full well from the start that she was going to wait out time regardless of any advice or recommendations from the concerned public.
This new bump was a well planned scenario aimed at her target audience to further boost numbers.

One day a big fat metastatic tumour will pop up somewhere in those remaining very important organs and cause pandemonium … it will certainly be, yet again, a case of the likkle witch who cried wolf once too often!

I'm one of the ones that said l can see the attraction, she can be very pretty however lm now thinking it's just the use of filters that make her look pretty, the same filters she uses to make herself look "sickly". I don't know what's real and what's fake with her anymore.

That tight shot of hands was offensive to all mankind First any shot at that range is going to enhance any crevice etc. and few hands look that great in such a shot but at 32 or whatever she is and little if any hard work they look awful...and she is always creaming up and getting manicures etc. Have to assume that this video will provide some excellent content for TS!!!
