His family will have a talk with him over his future with or without Tiffany... his housing situation with her while not being married, his life is on hold and plans for the future with T are uncertain, even having kids are off the table with her being stage 4; That's heavy stuff to deal with for a young guy.

I felt much better when she said they will perform surgery, not ablation. No exam of liver at this point.

I was very impressed with her during this video. She is finally letting out her true feelings about her stress and fear about the progression of the cancer and what it means for her future. She definitely understands the situation she is in and what she is facing for the rest of her life. She looks completely exhausted and seems ill. She seems to have taken some of the comments to heart and was definitely trying to be more specific in her accounts of the doctor’s visit. I think she has placed far too much stress on herself to shove down her real concerns.

They told her it would be four weeks until the ablation; that might change now that it’s surgery.

Oh FFS, Tiffany wouldn't know a true feeling if it smacked her in the face. The girls an actress!!

Thanks so much for the update, chazzlechuzzle. It's interesting that they've changed from possible ablation to definite surgery. They're taking all this more seriously now - even our little Pollyanna.

Can anyone explain an over night change from ablation to surgery? I mean she waited a week for the appointment ...did they not confer? Tell her one thing and then immediately change it? I thought that was very very odd.

This time she made yet another passive aggressive comment- because she so reads here- "incase anyone is wondering this is Monday 25 September". First time that has ever happened! Getting close to the wire you see. In the medium/long term this will be her income and she knows people are on to the delay for clicks strategy.

My take is that she went nuts in the appointment- as they left her to last again! This has been discussed by a very knowledgeable contributor. She insisted in getting the ablation in the next week. They told her 4 weeks. That might have interfered with vlogmas and a cosy Christmas. She said herself that they agreed to get on to the radiologist immediately to facilitate her timeline.

I believe that lead to further discussion to just go straight for the surgery.

I further believe she is a very demanding, stroppy patient despite her constant stupid act.

I think there is a mixture of both, some true feelings but she drags it out for the camera. She stares into the distance pensively, the lip biting, she repeats the same sentiments - very fake. Also, the fact that this video was so sad and contemplative could mean that she listened to her viewers' feedback. They did not like her over the top manic positivity and this time she gave them what they wanted: sadness. And we must remember that she looks at the footage and prepares the video to be what she wants it to be.

I swear to god I’ve diagnosed it before the medics on many tv progs because we’ve heard it so often and yet T can’t even attempt to say it?..imagine the concentration it took to get that degree ..

I think so. Why say "It is stage 4 but only because blablablabla"? The cancer did it the correct way to become stage 4. That's the only way to become stage 4. She is so baffling.

I don't believe her rant about Amma teaching her to be "positive". Tiffany is full of tit. Yes Amma may have gone through hard things in life but her reactions were probably just appropriate and not over-positive and manic like the princess'. In fact Amma seems sad most of the time and she is allowed to be sad. I have a feeling it's Tiffany who forces others to be positive and not the other way round. I will never forget Tiffany's squeaky "Are you happy, Ammaaa??" Or her annoyed "Don't cry Amma, there is no point."

The only thing that is lacking is calling out for the manager or hospital director that it is not fair that she have to wait such a long time. Only her haircut isn’t right.

Gets a parking space at the hospital straight away. TT and Elodie very jollyin the car. Going to ask for a biopsy of the liver. Great idea, they agree.

In they go via the Oak Centre. Elodie has a chai latte. Waiting room footage with piano music.
They have a list of questions, let's get a date in to sort the lung ASAP. She goes to room 8, that's a good sign.

They come out. Says we can talk in the car. Back in car, TT is applying lots of lip balm. The person that does the ablation is a radiologist. They said please can you hurry and get it done within a month. They said they will try. The liver cyst - they can't take a biopsy because it's too small... so that's that. Everything is OK. She confirms she is now Stage 4 due to the spread. She was in denial about this, and asked am I stage 4, and they said yes. Nothing to worry about, We Got This.
Elodie is looking on Google. TT thinks it will never end. Elodie says you can't live like that.

Then a written message insert comes on the screen saying she is now not having an ablation, the doctor called and said it has to be a resection.

Matt is cooking dinner, TT says she is coming down with something. She's run down, Matt says. Matt made chilli con carne which is perfect. TT has a shower before they heat it up.

TT asks us to give our loved ones a big cuddle or send them a message to say we love them. Life is hectic and you just don't know.

Next morning - TT still feels run down, is under a lot of stress and is having a day in bed. Amma is making a juice. Apologies that this whole video is MEH. TT says she is very worried and needs time.

A little later TT feels a lot better and updates us that the oncologist rang and had had a meeting, they agreed that she resection (surgery) is the best option and less risk of pneumothorax. Surgery will take place at Royal Brompton and she is awaiting a date for this. TT feels OK as has a very good team and is under the very best care for her case. When they remove it they can test the margins which TT is happy about to know everything has been removed.

That was surreal. I don't think Tiffany ever read anything about her cancer. Can you imagine they have been going through this for 2 years now which is plenty of time to educate themselves, but they are not aware of the most basic stuff.
