I'm a woman in her 30's and personally I would see no benefit in having an artificial hole incapable of pleasure, which has to be constantly dilated and cleaned out.
I'd be happy to be left with vulva and clitoris.
I don't believe t had her vulva or clitoris removed and online info states that they are only sometimes removed and usually remain.

I have been thinking about the clitoris. If there is so much nerve damage that there are bladder problems, then clitoris sensation might be gone. As to the neovagina, it does seem like a lot of work to maintain it. But I’m a heterosexual woman and would want the neovagina for my partner.

I am English, and I have never heard ‘front bum’. ‘Front bottom’ was and is used… it probably started in some sort of of comedy sketch and then caught on.. The English are quite prudish, and we find any number of ways to describe our body parts and functions, and have done for probably thousands of years. A lot are 'baby' words these days some catch on because they are used on TV (I first heard 'Lady Garden' used on Big Brother years ago). 'Vag' became much more common after the 'Vagazzle' became a thing.
Front bottom is common, I guess front bum is just an extention of that.

I also believe it could be helpful to those who are facing this surgery and interesting to those interested in medicine, or really anyone. But we must remember that Tiffany does not care about others, she cares about what benefits her only.
Maggie is incredibly open and the way she explains things is very regular human friendly. It helps that she is also charming and has a good sense of humour and a practical down to earth attitude.
This will be ignorant but I find it incredible that the tumour is attached to the vagina and the vagina had to be removed but the bladder was spared. Anatomically, the bladder is not that far from the vagina (internal). This is also evidenced by the fact that the vagina was removed and in the process the bladder was affected too (nerve damage).

A neovagina is not a hole incapable of pleasure … True it has to be cleaned out and dilated for a while but studies say that many women with a neovagina have sexual pleasure and orgasmic capacity, whereas some women with a natal vagina never have sexual pleasure … I guess I would have try to do it for my partner ? I don't know if she is two-faced or just utterly conflicted. She does seem to be a kind person, I honestly don't think she did anything out of malice. She is the type of person that frustrates me in RL, desperate to see the best in everyone, hates conflict but wants to do the right thing, and unable to see when they are being duped. We all have one friend like that don't we, that you like despite how utterly infuriating they are?
