The only thing I can think of (short of being an outright lying con woman) is that she's had a partial PE and when she listed all the organs, that was always a worse case scenario depending on what they found when they began surgery. That would explain why they were so slow with getting it all started, maybe her cancer is very slow growing. In my mind, she's had her rectum/anus removed as the main area and maybe parts of other areas but not everything in it's entirety. I hope for her sake she hasn't had a full PE and she's in a better position than she'd had us believe but my God if she has known that all along...

I also think this. And if she never confirms anything no one can call her out as a liar

Would a partial PE take as long in the operating room or require as many surgeons that she said were involved? Those were 2 details she kept consistent, I believe thru the whole thing, up to the last videos.

Having looked back at Natalie’s insta, she had surgery on 11/12 August and went home on the 29th, only to be taken back in after a day at home with sepsis. So time wise Tiffany’s makes sense.

I also noted that Tiffany said at one point she would be in hospital for 4 weeks, now she's saying she was told 3 but got out in 2. She certainly loves to embellish things.

I don't know enough about it tbh. The only thing I'd guess is they were on standby *incase* they were needed, as they couldn't be 100% what they'd find. Like with BowelBro, they thought he was Stage1/2 then when they did surgery it was everywhere. They can never fully know and maybe in Tiffany's case they fully expected it could be and it wasn't.
 
I’m sure the surgery be it PE or partial PE would still have taken some time due to the vessel and tissue damage left from the strong radiotherapy … I don’t myself believe it was a full PE in any way as many things just don’t stack up, from pre surgery antics to post surgery discharge. Tiffany is full of BS and she knows exactly the right time and place to post a video to ring in the ratings … like New Year!
She’s home and back at work … and with pre recorded Vlogmas she only missed out on around 10 days (or less!)

Even post surgery it’s all about the clicks and likes

After such a life changing experience if she can’t learn to be honest she never will unfortunately

She doesn’t want anyone to know but chose to share her story online. Maybe she didn’t expect people to do their own research and ask questions just take her word for everything. Very strange indeed.

that is because she is well into rehab and recovery. If it makes her feel great to try to convince her YT fam that it was a miracle in 2 weeks.. okay but I am not buying any of what she is selling.. That video is odd...does not even sound like her.

yes and she was/is in shape and athletic.
