Alas … there are multiple ‘PE’ variants. I do believe Tiffany has undergone a modified PE as a curative approach for her cancer. I just do not believe it was radical.

Her bladder was maybe preserved but it makes no sense not removing the rest considering the staging of her tumour and where the cancer was. I think these were removed: colon, rectum, anus, vagina, uterus, ovaries, cervix, fallopian tubes. The tumour started in her rectum and was in the anal area, and spread to the colon, her vagina, and uterus. So these had to go. And the rest are so close that it would make no sense to keep them.

I feel pretty sure that was prerecorded too long before Christmas. Some on SU2C seem to think he went to Ireland for Christmas. I find all this guessing so silly...I mean she is an adult that had a major surgery...just give people real time updates when you are ready. I don't think we will ever know the extent or success of the surgery. She will no doubt resume to tea/pj/juice type videos from home and hope to keep the naive TTYT fam going.
 
I am reading SU2C comments from the past day or two including after the latest release. Boy she is really being called out as a fake...much more brutal than anything here. I have to wonder if that organization might consider pulling that video with her story with such toxic comments by so many. This latest revelation of going home this week (?) really points to the Vlogmas pre recording and the obvious money grab prior to going to the hospital and to cover the stay. It is the only possible reason to have done those.

I think you are not meant to stay in the hospital for a long time after PE. But actual recovery will last months.
I bet T was in the hospital at least 3 weeks which shows she did lie. I think her surgery was on the 12/13th December.

I've said 12th all along because of the snow coming down heavy on Sunday 11th evening.
I would think ATM with the risk of flu and COVID they want to get people home as soon as physically able- I hope she will follow the advice re mobilisation etc however because of the risk of PE after abdominal surgery.

Remember that the video she posted on the way to the hospital showed snow in the trees so she went into the hospital several days after it snowed (there was a little on the street but not much). So she didn't get surgery earlier than we thought. She's just getting out earlier, which might suggest the surgery wasn't as extensive as we were led to believe or that she's healing quickly.

Snow or Frost? We had heavy Frost before we got the snow. I still think she had the surgery on the 12th. I daresay we'll never know however!

SHe's clearly had the flap created ( therefore not being able to lie on her back) so I still believe surgery was pretty extensive . I had a total colectomy and J-pouch creation- over 9 hrs surgery but didn't need that sort of repair and was able to lie on my back. Her op was clearly worse than mine- and mine was bad enough imo!

Yes that does all make sense but I still question the way Tiffany described the multiple scan results given she mentioned scar tissue and mucin, then went on to say the cancer had spread and there was ‘thickening’ evident in the colon. This isn’t necessarily cancer and given she never disclosed that the actual biopsies were positive for cancer it’s difficult to believe everything was removed when it doesn’t entirely make sense or fit with the picture.
Even the absence of TPN if we are to believe the surgery date of around 15/12 creates doubt as to the extent of surgery.
It would be very beneficial to have her update everyone with the facts, which I do not believe to be an invasion of her privacy given she’s put herself out there with her story, but as per usual, nothing with this ‘kid’ makes sense.
I guess for that reason, we guess, we debate and we differ.
Hmmm… almost like ‘here we go again’ 🙄

I also hope her mobilization plan gets regular attention but I think lying around is her preference and she seems to take that part literally.

My family is going through this right now. I brought my ex mother-in-law to the ED on Dec 18, she was diagnosed with an unresectable tumor in her bile duct system. We still don't have the biopsy results from the biopsy that was taken on Dec 21 but there is a very high chance that it is a malignancy. For her there will be no Dr. God Surgeon to save her life. She is 78 and will refuse chemo even if offered, she
she already has neuropathy so I dont know if the med onc would even suggest chemo. Yes she is my EX MIL but we are still family. Yep I'm crying again.

Exactly. She had previously stated the tumor had tentacles into vagina, etc.

To me too. She doesn't look incredible at all. Huge dark circles under her eyes. Thinner too.

When someone is propped off their back/backside/buttocks … you only really need to have a very slight tilt supported by pillows to be effectively off that area … and well supported it’s very comfortable and great to take pressure off all those areas, so even though she appears to be almost on her back, I think she’s just tilted and supported from behind which is under the covers so not in view.

Yep here we go again 🤣 It is ridiculous that we have to speculate like this. She probably loves it how she is making everyone confused.
Yes she never talked about the most latest biopsy and scan results and the summer results were ridiculous. Let's see if she makes a 'statement' about the surgery.
