I agree. On one hand, Alina should keep her comment there as it fits well with all the confusion around Tiffany's channel. On the other hand, I'd want her to delete it cause it's just another misinformation. The way Alina says it (that Tiffany is having this other type of surgery) seems as if Alina was certain Tiffany was having it even though there is no evidence of it. She says something like that Tiffany does not behave or look like a person about to undergo PE. No actual evidence that Tiffany is having the surgery that Alina mentions. It bothered me from the start. Whilst there is a lot of indication throughout her vlogs that she would be having PE. Anyways, she did have PE but that's besides the point. It's the way Alina says that T is having a different surgery. As if she knew it whilst she does not.Tbf plenty of us here accused her of lying or atleast dramatising the situation. It’s no surprise considering how evasive she has been. I don’t see any of you deleting your comments or making a public apologyIf Tiffany didn’t want people having doubts she shouldn’t have publicised her cancer then hid every single part of it.

Asking from a medical POV:
Based on Tiffany's last Vlog and her photos from IG (the one in which she had a number of wires, tubes attached to her body as well as multiple monitoring machines hooked to her) can it be said with 90% confirmation that she did undergo a full PE surgery?

T wouldn't have a fraction of the followers she has if she hadnt got in touch with stand up to cancer. Many of her followers saw her case on stand up to cancer and then followed T. Up until then she didn't have many subscribers.
I don't think T's lied about anything. She openly says she doesnt know anything about cancer and wanted youtube to be like a dairy for her, not a cancer vlog. I understand that, but if that was the case, she wouldn't need to put *cancer* in everything vlog title.
And lets face it. T hasn't told any of her subscribers what surgery she has had. People only know because Nat published the type of surgery.
Not from the machines and wires/tubes no.

I can't say from a medical point of view but the fact Nat confirmed it is enough for me. Having spoke to Tiffany she would known exactly what kind of surgery she is having

She has been in touch with Nat and Tiffany even called her. Nat says Tiffany had PE. Multiple vlogs indicate PE. Lots of evidence. I'm 100% sure she had PE.
But no, there is no way we can tell from looking at those IG photos if she had PE or other surgery. She is in a hospital bed connected to many wires, that's all. She is not showing her stoma and her surgery scars etc.
She needs to be moved from side to side (as she also said) and lies on her side (you can see in the pictures) as her anus has been removed (along with rectum etc) and she has a "Barbie butt" and she cannot lie on her back.

Exactly. She only came clean on the timing of her vlogs because she was called out on it. This belief that she is merely a poor, confused, child-womsn is ludicrous, IMO.

So, I think then it can be ascertained that Tiff indeed did have a PE.
Only thing we can't really say is if her Bladder could be saved or not. That we won't know unless T mentions it herself or talks about her Stomas in a future video.

There are s lot of things T should apologize for but wont. Such as deliberately weaponizing her subs against each other. Also the despicable and subtle way she denigrated her medical team and allowed her cult to viciously attack them without T asking it to stop. She pretended to be oh so confused and unaware of things, medically, when there is no way she wasn't told, from the get go, all of the possibilities, surgical and non surgical.

Tiffany lied many times. She said she wanted to raise awareness with her youtube channel but she never inteded to. Indeed, she cannot raise awareness about anything as she doesn't know anything about cancer (as she said); does not listen to any of her doctors; does not educate herself on her cancer, and her channel is not meant to be educational (as she said). This is the worst lie as far as I am concerned. I don't even care that much about her other lies, like her saying that they have been together with Matt for 5 years (even if it's only been like 3 years max at the time) or the vlogmass dates lie. Her naming her vlogs "cancer" when there is little about it in them, is another lie. And she also lies by omission. A lot.

This. She could have easily told her subscribers to stop attacking her surgeon and oncologists. She reads every freaking comment, she knows the horrible things that her loving youtube family would say about them. What bothers me the most is that she banned critical comments directed against herself and aggressively deleted and blocked such but has no decency to stop the hate against the doctors who have been trying to save her life.

Yes I too believe Tiffany lied and deceived. Any operation that is substantial would attract all the associated monitoring, drains and lines but we still don’t know the exact operation undertaken. Possibly never will.
I do hope Tiffany has a positive recovery but my mind hasn’t and will not change regards the person I believe her to be … I do not think she portrays as a nice character nor a role model for any influencer site.
My only hope is that she comes to the realization that money over health doesn’t equate … let’s hope she can get some traction towards ‘quality’ back into her life before she decides to pick up that camera again.

I thought the hate towards her medical team was disgusting. Everyone I know in the NHS works their arse off and wants to save every life. I would have actually taken a break from posting at this point to stop those comments

This was one of my biggest issues with her and it was around the start of the block and delete of comments she didn't want to read. I noticed many people's comments sticking up for the doctors and telling her followers that there were 2 sides to every story were deleted at the time. It really made a bad impression on me mainly because she never came to their defense or told them to stop bullying the hospital and team.

- Told people she is still deciding on if she should wait and watch or do the surgery - had already decided on WW, only later told people when it was time for scans
- Said she knows nothing about cancer even after having undergone a year of treatments, scans and letters from the doctors explaining her diagnosis - like how do you know literally nothing about cancer at this point?
- “I want to live a normal life and I want to show that a person with cancer can have a normal life”- yet every title and thumbnail is about cancer in the most clickbait manner
- ALL her titles and video thumbnails are clickbait where she doesn’t actually talk about what was in the title for more than 3 seconds leading people to believe it is about that thing
- Said she was told her surgery date abruptly - Of course we all know a world renowned hospital conduncting an extensive and HECTIC surgery requiring 6 surgeons or so would be done abruptly - right?
- Says we never go out to eat - yet every other vlog of them is them eating out or ordering takeaways
- I love you all so so so much
- Says she thought she was T3b when there is evidence of her knowing she was t4b from a letter sent months and months prior.

A) She gushed that she will take the suggestions and queries from the comments and compile them into a list of questions for the surgeon (cause she did not understand [or so she claimed] the July/August results about the mucin, no cancer cells etc etc). Of course she never did that. She only said she would do so to placate her followers who were getting frustrated with her. She was terrified of all the backlash so she became very manipulative. She even said that the surgeon is not her family and he does not care about her the way her youtube family does
B) She encouraged her viewers to write questions for her Q&A in the comments. She said no question is too personal and she will answer them honestly. Lots of questions were posted. What she did? She answered a couple of useless questions about hobbies and her nails and when she read an actually interesting question (about what the surgery would entail), she said she does not want to talk about it.
C) She told her viewers that "I need to be told bluntly, say it to me bluntly" and then when people did, she introduced the block and delete protocol and said that she does not want medical advise and she only wants positive comments. She even said that it's very hard to offend her and that she does not mind people being critical of her. All bullshit.

And then she goes around to say, "if you don't like what I post or put out - you don't have to watch". How about if you can't relay information about the very thing you're making money off and talk about constantly in a roundabout way, then don't post. And we all know why she will never stop posting in the future - her merch and nutribullet's need buyers!!
