The cancer has grown through the wall of the colon or rectum and is attached to or has grown into other nearby tissues or organs (T4b). It has not yet spread to nearby lymph nodes (N0) or to distant sites (M0).
T4 is split into 2 stages, T4a and T4b:

• T4a means the tumour has grown through the outer lining of the bowel wall and has spread into the tissue layer (peritoneum) covering the organs in the tummy (abdomen)
• T4b means the tumour has grown through the bowel wall into nearby organs
just for info I wasn’t sure myself

Where does one begin...

Ok, Tiffany already had her surgery even though her pre-recorded video today only showed her getting settled at hospital and musing over the unknown as she said her goodbyes.

We presume she's doing well now as her sister posted on her IG a Tiffany pic with "brave sister" on it. Of course, that was quickly taken down: we do not know if it was because Tiffany wants to build more suspense as to her status by delaying any familial commentary for even longer, or if her sister received an overabundance of comments requesting a status update that it upset the happy family nature of her IG account.

In any event, it has been removed and we are left to ponder exactly how many millimetres of snow (or is it frost?) we can see on the trees and sidewalks in Tiffany's last videos.

Ok, I am trying to sort out (totally unsuccessfully) the fluffyfox issue. Stardust will need to help me here. Seems like Stardust22 is talking about the original @fluffyfox2534 who currently has the username Cozy Caterpillar. That's the Australian one. Then I think our frog is actually the account @Fluffyfoxhasleftthebuilding who currently has the username Worry Wombat because she was the one doing block and delete on SU2C (I think). How these two accounts are connected is what I don't understand - like why is "fox" in both names - are they the same person or two different people. If they are different, that should explain how frog is Worry Wombat, but not the original @fluffyfox2534 that Stardust22 looked into.
 
Has anyone watched the bodyguard with Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner?
I dunno but Elodie gives me the same vibes as the sister in that movie.
She loves Tiffany but I feel there’s something amiss… I dunno if it’s that she’s the younger sister, aesthetically prettier, always been slimmer, Elodie looks more like her mum with chubbier features and Tiffany probably got a lot of attention and now still getting all the attention..that’s why she doesn’t put her on her Instagram ( even before cancer diagnosis)… it’s a bit more than that but too in-depth too explain I suppose.. it’s just some things I’ve noticed.
Remember Beaches the movie when Bette Midler was envious of her friend and then she got cancer…but it turned out her friend was envious of her had the children and marriage and the other had the Showbusiness and fame…if you know what I mean, you know…
I feel like Elodie finds relief on Tattle.

But I would say nobody is quite sure about the 39% ?… Quite difficult to read statistics only her medical team has a good idea, where does that number come from ? In any case it’s probably a bit better for her ( because statistics are mostly done with much older patients ) .And it’s always a bit better because if that’s a number in a study from let’s say 2015 then patients started treatment in 2010 and now more than ten years after, prognosis is expected to be a bit better …

But, that stat presumably reflects the majority of patients who had treatment and surgery well before a year had passed. So Ts predicament could have worse odds.

If you look in the bio, it says cosy caterpillar was created on 7th December. If you look at my account, worry wombat, it will say 2013. I am not Australian and do not have a dog. Just because I used the word wombat and follow Jason Stephenson an Australian hypnotherapist, doesn’t mean I’m Australian🤷‍♀️ I’m from Kingston in south west London which is fairly close to Croydon/Sutton. That’s how I know about the naturally Chinese restaurant in surbiton that tiff and elodie went to - I go there regularly myself.

If you look at her IG account and her wedding photos and that time in general Elodie is beautiful...maybe more natural beauty than Tiff. Tiff knows how to use makeup and looked great too. Elodie clearly( if her linkedin is factual) has an advanced degree and a very good job...I am sure more earning power than Tiffany. I think actually Elodie got more attention with the birth of her two children and Amma I am sure enjoys her time living with Elodie and her family. She has a husband that seems solid. I think being Tiff's sister must be very very challenging.

Interesting observations. I haven't watched enough of their interactions together or Elodie with her mum to get any sense, I admit I had to skip through a lot of the old videos with them together as the content was dull as dishwater. They are both successful in their own way if they are able to see it. Tiffany has unfortunately drawn a bad hand, though.

Your movie comparisons are quite on point!

And realistically, her tumour markers went up but not as elevated as the initial levels pre chemo and radiation… it’s probable to think in all this time the tumour has spread but based on the indications for WW, I don’t think it has had time to be significantly advanced. I do think she was initially looking at mop up surgery to remove scar and the remaining active cancer but maybe now the cells have popped up in a distant organ or maybe where she was initially looking at a temporary ileostomy she’s now been told it will be permanent.
Like I said yesterday… we will never truly know the total picture so it’s a lot (a lot) of the unknown for us and that’s probably lucky 🍀 coz it’s keeping us here tattling ❤️

clearly the delay in diagnosis and time spent during chemo and radiation which were not that effective. prolonged the whole process...I don't think the odds of a cure here are great and I think Tiffany finally got that message at the 11th hour.

I think she was told lots of things at the 7/8/9 and 10th hour but she just chose to worry about her finances until the 11th hour caught her

yeah following Jason Stephenson doesn’t make anyone a guaranteed aussie says the scouser here..I love his soothing tone..but It’s a shame about you not having a dog😀
 
I don't know how to quote @suzeq post in the earlier thread, but your read on T's motivation is so spot on. I also don't think she is evil at all. She just wants to be YT famous. And unfortunately she got it through with cancer. The way she goes about YT business doesn't mesh with what made her "famous", cancer. The merch pushing is what brought me to tattle because it was just SO freaking weird. I actually don't think she is driven by the money (at least not initially), it's all about being the big YouTube star. And it appears she doesn't care if she is hurting people (meaning her family, Matt) while doing so.

I suspect, health permitting, she will be back sooner than later. And she will try to make it a fluff vlog - not talking about cancer but her engagement will go down so she will continue to use her health to keep people interested. Fame and seeking fame does crazy things to people. I hope she takes this time to recover. The social media downtime I"m sure was much need for the rest of the family and Matt too.

She likely heard her odds at diagnosis especially since no other surgeon would taker her case, before god surgeon came along. She admitted she didn't want surgery at first so she had a big part in the 1 yr delay. They Offered her other treatment options and she took them. When they didn't cure her she still dragged her feet so…
