It really bothers me that he is left alone with vulnerable people as he has absolutely no control over frustration or contradiction. You have to have a lot of patience and chill to be a support worker.

I can only hope people here are right that he doesn't have a job and it's all made up. He did say a few months ago that he had a week from hell at work and Jason had picked him up...but he couldn't go into details. I did wonder whether his temper had come to the surface and a complaint had been made against him. It takes very little for his anger to rear its ugly head.
Any organisation that employs him as a support worker, isnt fit for purpose after being sacked and losing his appeal. I'M a health care professional with 29 yrs qualified and Paul raises so many concerns,he's a bully,he's coercive and he's vindictive. I wonder if he's lookkng to move on not just from 'Those Vegan Guys',but also Jason. I think Paul wants ALL the attention and Jason may be stealing his thunder.

Honestly I don't think Paul will ever let Jason go. It would have to be Jason becoming unfogged and leaving him. I know he sometimes comes across as an overgrown teenager but Jason is actually the grown up in the relationship. Without Jason Paul is financially screwed both financially and emotionally. He hasn't paid into a pension for most of his life, no assets, he can't drive himself to gigs, useless at technology. Paul flounces out of jobs where Jason stays even when under stress as the rent needs paying.

If only Jason knew that Paul needs him more than he needs Paul 🤔

I agree that Paul needs him but from watching the way he treats him,Paul probably stays with him because Jason is his meal ticket, his chauffer and general skivvy, while he plays at being a superstar. I don't get a genuine loving vibe from him. Theres something about Paul that makes me feel he isn't capable of loving someone or being monogomous. Only Person Paul truly loves is himself ,if someone as gullible as Jason came on the scene Paul would be gone. Paul appears to surround himself with lonely, vulnerable people, probably makes him feel powerful. It's quite sad really. I wonder if Jason would have been as scruffy if he hadn't been controlled by Paul from such a young age

Totally agree with you on Paul not being capable of loving someone there is something very, very off with Paul he is one of life’s users you only matter to him while you provide him with what he needs but I have a feeling if god forbid Jason was ever incapacitated to a point of not being able to provide Paul would be off like a shot … and on Grindr before you could say clearly marked vegan.

I agree. 100%

I think we discussed this during an earlier thread but it is fascinating to read Paul’s tribunal hearing with Age UK (as we know it was not found in his favour). You can read the full document on the government website:

Some highlights include:
Paul’s inability to manage client money, inappropriate conduct, threatening behaviour, accusations of assault, Paul ‘shouting out like a child’ and walking out.

It doesn’t read well does it … We‘ve also seen how aggressive he becomes online so it’s safe to say the allegations about him were 100% correct… there is no way he is currently employed in a job as a support worker for vulnerable adults if he is I seriously question who would employ him reading the above.

He said he he tried to give a female attended a massage to calm her down. What on earth was he thinking? Women never want strange men touching them ever and most men wouldn't dream of touching an older woman like that 😡. It's a good job his manager had the confidence to call him out and stand up to him. The fact that he had the audacity to make a video writing himself as the victim is quite shameful.

I think he thinks because he’s gay it doesn’t matter if he invades a woman’s personal space and touches them “after all it wouldn’t be sexual as he bats for the other team”

The service user that he touched on the shoulders also had dementia according to the tribunal papers! PB’s Facebook states that he is now working for another provider as a support worker which I just find unfathomable. I cannot understand how he passed the pre-employment checks having been dismissed from a similar role for gross misconduct and surely without good references. When I worked in Adult Social Care the directors used their discretion to say yes or no during pre-employment checks. Sometimes people with previous convictions were employed if it was evidenced that they had changed and the offence was unrelated to care - but never if they were found to have done something wrong in a previous care-related role (criminal or not)!

It's unbelievable. He is either lying about being employed by Keyring or he has managed to bypass red flags by using a victim narrative. He still claims he technically won the tribunal as the judge was sympathetic to him...he didn't win because he hadn't worked there long enough. Obviously it's rubbish but you can see how he twists things. I remember when he went for his interview he said they were all laughing and joking throughout. I wonder if he has charmed his way in. Having said that Paul is a pathological liar so it's hard to get a straight picture.

Wow after reading that, I'm even more convinced that he is lying about being employed as a support worker. Even if it's a charity they still have to follow safeguarding guidelines ,he was sacked for serious issues and those issues were upheld. The man isn't fit to work or volunteer in any care/rehabilitation/support role.

Really odd and I'm probably late to the party with this, but I'm binge watching a new van live channel I've not long discovered (Those Happy Days), who are also both vegan. In the episode I'm watching, they are in Wales and off to meet another you tuber and up pops Angharad. No mention of Paul or Jason thankfully but I feel like I am in a parallel universe. 🤣🤣

Yes I watched that a while ago now… Those Happy Days are another pair of absolute freeloading twats they have a thread on here too… I’ve got to the point I don’t watch them anymore

I’ve just googled Paul Burgess Keyring Oldham. An article came up 2014) about him and sniffy but it says he works for keyring then! 🫤
Is this the job he had before the nhs one he was sacked from, and they have re employed him?

Interesting article and he certainly didn’t mention that he’d worked for them before when he supposedly was job hunting and having interviews and said he’d got the job… 🤔

Aww. I quite like them. Haven't seen them trying to deliberately free load stuff so I'll keep away from the thread so it doesn't burst my bubble 🤣🤣

Yes if you’re enjoying them best to keep away… when they got that green monstrosity they had converted I really went off them, as they caused a lot of problems for the guy Liam The Terrible that was doing the conversion… He needs a bloody good bath and that hat surgically removed from his bloody head and she is always miserable and moaning that she’s cold 🤣

He said here he had left KeyRing sooner than expected...I wonder why.View attachment 2382689 q

A lot earlier than expected, sounds like he was “let go” … all this job stuff with him is very fishy …
