I think his Dad had somewhat of a struggle at first coming to terms with his sexuality. Lots of parents do, but Paul has admitted that he ramped up the camp behaviour in front of his father, which doesn't surprise me in the slightest. They had a falling out over it and so it could be something to do with that, or it could be something else.

Either way you are right. A dodgy individual and someone i wouldn't want my child being influenced by.
 
I often think about a great a quote from a comedian called alexi Sayle. He said that in alternative new wave comedy, like the young ones you have basically nice people pretending to be horrible people but in traditional comedy like Bernard manning and Jim Davidson, there are basically horrible people pretending to be nice.
I think that is so true and can be applied to Paul. I think no matter how nice Paul tries to appear, anyone who watches him without bias can see it's all an act. I am vegan but just because Paul is vegan doesn't mean I think he is great. I honestly think that his vegan fans do recognise that Paul is not such a nice person but give him a free pass because he is vegan

It's probably something like he wanted to hurt his father by changing his name...however it is also a convenient way to bury the past. He's such a shifty character and seems to leave a trail of destruction behind him. I'm still in disbelief that he hasn't a criminal record of some degree.

I've been vegan for 4 and a half years. If I fancy something, I Iook at the label and if it has no animal products in it, I put it in my basket.

No need to make an exhibition of yourself ffs.
 
Exactly. There is bigger injustices in the world, like hunger and poverty but I don't see him getting angry and passionate about that but if someone accidentally puts some toad in the holes in a vegans fridge, he's goes ballistic. He thinks by telling these stories, everyone will think he's some highly principled vegan warrior but I think he's just very petty

Oh by the way, I had a look on angharads channel on YouTube and I watched angharads version of her meet up with them at frost burger in Manchester. Alex was there too. In Pauls version, Alex was never shown speaking. But in angharads video, it showed her reading out the menu to the others. Makes me wonder is Paul purposely made sure she was seen but not heard in his version. He really seems to not want anyone else's voices in his videos, especially other women.

That's the thing, he could use his platform to really promote the things that he supposedly cares about. Gay rights, veganism etc. But no, he just uses it for his materialistic gains and in the process spouts random abuse at meat eaters, treats women appallingly and chats tit about 348 ways to use up 27kg of black beans.

I think the fact that he chose to go on the game at such a young age, would also be a reason why his dad took it badly and probably disowned him, then selling stories for cash about being on the game…I have to admit I would probably have reacted the same under those circumstances…then he admits to ramping up the camp behaviour to me that is rubbing his fathers nose in it …

Definitely you can tell he’s very much the vindictive type if he doesn’t get his own way … he needs everyone to fall at his feet so you can guarantee that it’ll have been done to hurt his already hurt father….
Coming out is never easy for a child I get that ( my youngest son is gay ) I just said oh right when he told me as I already knew the love of Kylie Minogue had given him away 🤣… but my ex husband ( his dad ) definitely took it badly at first … it got better when my son got with his partner and was settled I think it was then his dad finally relaxed about it.

Yeah, good point. His dad probably reacted badly to Pauls action and rightfully so but Paul said he supported him and Jason eventually. I think any family member would be embarrassed by Pauls actions. It's probably not so much the actual events but more the way Paul unashamedly bragged about them. Like when he talked on YouTube about his days as a rent boy, he speaks about it almost as if he is proud of it but certainly with no embarrasment.
 
He definitely is not interested in becoming a cult leader....
