This is my first time posting to any forum so I thought I'd give it a go after I was blocked by Paul for making a suggestion regarding their allotment. Then I unsubscribed from the channel when I realized how truly vile Uncle Fester is, My belief is that Jason was groomed by Paul when he was a teenager, their relationship is incredibly dysfunctional, toxically possessive and creepy in a way that I just can't put my finger on (I would not be at all shocked if Paul threatened to hurt himself if Jason ever decided to leave) and it is quite sad that the only thing Jason knows is the life that he shares with that parasite.
Paul is a narcissist of the highest order, and has nothing but time on his hands so I am confident that he lurks here. Just because I don't like you Paul doesn't make me an a-hole!!!
I watched his latest vlog regarding his first job interview in 2 years.
The entire vlog was really a gem as far as how preposterous and ridiculous his rant was.
So according to Paul's story we are to believe that Paul sat down to a hour and a half interview given to him by two women CEOs of a company that has something to do with hands-on care and banking.
So according to Paul the three of them "chatted, laughed and joked". And Paul told them about the tribunal and the fact that he was canned from his 11 month job.
Then Paul proceeded to LIE... He is a charlatan and a con man of the highest order so I am not really surprised by his lies.
I read the tribunal paperwork.
The tribunal papers were incredibly interesting and very well written and thorough. I think that age.UK is an incredible organization to have given the likes of Paul Burgess even the most remote chance to get his position back after the antics he pulled with them and the most vulnerable of our community.
So the story Paul told these women was that he literally cared so much for his clients that he had to take it upon himself to single-handedly fight his coworkers, age.uk volunteers, his supervisors ... ALL OF THEM apparently are SO evil that they would not allow dementia patients a slice of bread and butter, Paul also claims that their safety was compromised due to this... And we're just to believe that... You can duck off with that story Paul.
Then we are to believe that due to Paul's incredible virtue everyone began to "bully him horrendously for 8 days"..."he was basically made to leave"... The ladies then assured Paul that that would never happen at their company.
Doesn't Paul realize that the women have access to the tribunal papers and can read exactly what he did and was charged with.
And exactly what type of employer no matter how amazing the candidate would just spout off tandemly saying "Oh yes! We both just happened to simultaneously and unanimously agree that we would hire you immediately on the spot, 100%... If only the days and times worked for you, Mr. Burgess" 😆
This is the biggest crock of BS that I have ever heard in my entire life. Does he actually expect anyone to believe this??

Exactly what I’ve said, Jason knows nothing but Paul and it’s sad because he didn’t get to experience other relationships, male or female. I feel he was groomed too, he was 17. Far too young.

The way Paul gets over the top excited on a Thursday night that Jason is home for 3 days always shows how possessive he is. He can’t live without Jason, he stays home all day waiting for him to come home. It’s very sad, he is very codependen.

The write up of the tribunal proves what Paul said is utter crap doesn’t it. Wouldn’t a new employer check that out. Doesn’t sound like he will have good references.

We have to remember that he is a pathological liar and we have no idea if his version of events are true. That interview with him laughing and joking seems odd to say the least....

I remember the allotment debacle when the whole thing went to his head. He attempted to make it right when loads unsubscribed because of his rudeness. But he failed at even that, started off as a half apology then he gave up and just said he was doing us a favour by calling us out on our behaviour. Funniest thing ever.

I agree! Jason looks so unhappy and smothered.

In the times we’re in right now, how can he think that he can be fussy over the hours. He won’t take a job if it’s a Friday or weekend. Is he joking?! Your poor husband works hard to get you your whoops sticker food! Also, making Jason do a 4 day week because you wanted more time with him! Are you ok hun? He’s 42, why can’t he do 5 days a week? its all so suffocating.
 
We really must stop calling him a misogynist. He only said he wanted to give that 'horrible' woman a back-hander because she was incredibly rude about his beautiful singing voice. He obviously didn't mean it as he is gay, likes playing with makeup and calls everyone Barbara. Totally non threatening and of course he would have shouted at a 6ft tall, stocky, bearded bloke in the exact same manner. Repeat after me...Paul definitely really, really loves women (especially rich ones from Florida).

Back story is in previous comment section. People were giving helpful tips and tricks which is totally the norm for gardening bids, in fact often full of gems from ordinary people who have nothing to gain. Paul was leaving very angry responses to perfectly polite comments...it was insane. So his subs went down. He then did this vid which looked as though it was going to be an apology, but Paul being Paul he just doubled down and congratulated himself for calling us all out. Utterly bizarre.

Goodness, he is so full of himself. Can't wait for the day when all the subs realise they are being spoken at and its not a two way conversation. Its not like they get many likes as it is. 2000 views and only 300 likes .

Im 64 and know a lot about growing things and making things but always listening to learn and who the F cares if someone says something you already know. maybe they twicked it a bit and you would have learnt a short cut or two. Arogant fucker
 
Hi all- been a lurker for a while but I've been watching these two for just over a year and I completely agree with all the observations I've read. Way back months ago, I was looking for the a employment tribunal report because I know these things get published after a period of time. Randomly, just on the same day I found it a few weeks back, a kitchen vlog came up from a year or two back, dedicated to the story where he explains what happened. I don't know how I didn't see it before. Well worth a watch!!

It's the arrogance coupled with the rudeness of his replies that will ultimately be his downfall. I watch another channel where the guy knows probably more than Paul will ever know about gardening and he loves to receive suggestions/tips through the comments and always replies in a courteous way.

I know! It was just another one of his over the top, poor me pieces to camera and full of absolute BS. He must spend hours writing his pity party ramblings before sitting down in front of the camera.

Just watched the rant at the start of that allotment VLOG. I didn't bother watching all the VLOG.....so sorry Paul. Haha. He talks down to the viewers like they are just stupid immature imbeciles and he is much more intelligent and better than his viewers. So patronising. And Jason is nodding along like Pauls ventriloquist dummy. There's no way I can believe that Jason truly approves of Paul behaviour here
 
What a sanctimonious tosser he is. Telling folks how to comment. Defensive hole. He thinks people want to listen to his kitchen pity party opinions, but he's not interested in anyone else. Jason stands there nodding for a quiet life. Grow a pair man. Paul stop preaching and thinking you know it all. Your parochial attitude, and pettiness shows you've never known a life outside of Oldham.
