Those Happy Days #4 Abandoning vehicles is our game, but obviously it’s others we’ll blame.!

Yes, we do have truck campers in the U.S. but on the whole, they're a lot bigger than this thing. "Oh, it's so cute," we'd say. "It looks just like a truck camper, only smaller."

Also, if anyone watched the "Tread the Globe" videos, you know that truck camper won't be in the same condition as when they put it on the ship. It will be damaged with lots of items missing. And I can't see Liam dealing with all the rules and regulations of a trans Atlantic vehicle shipping. Another NIGHTMARE!!!!

I doubt if they'll go to Lapland for Christmas. Remember when he was so excited about going to Transylvania, Romania to spend Halloween at Dracula's Castle? They only got as far as Munich for the most miserable Oktoberfest ever before turning around and going home.
My friends in the US used to have a Bigfoot truck camper that was over twice the size of that thing (and fully insulated for extreme winter camping as it's a Canadian brand) and at every campground we stopped at people would come up for a nosey and say how small and cute it was.

forcing myself to to take a look at the video. It's basically this isn't it, a truck with a plastic tank on the back to sleep in. can't believe they are still making these videos. If I knew them I couldn't bear to hear anymore nonsense about van life from them. Just stop already and rent a house.

I still can't believe they're dismissing criticism as a coordinated troll attack 😂
Why? Most of their daft endeavours have people blowing smoke up their arses. Why now would they be 'trolled' by a huge amount of commenters? It makes no sense.
People are legitimately waking up to the fact they are being hoodwinked. The timeline does not add up since they got back from Europe. Ditching the last van with no explanation at all has just irritated a lot of people.

I'd be very surprised if the rental place insurance would cover them taking that vehicle abroad to Lapland.

ETA
Good point. Calling the people who help fund their incredibly self indulgent lifestyle 'trolls' is so bleeping ignorant.

Didn't watch their vlog, so I don't know if any of this is news. Worzel says they bought their new "van" earlier this month, so most likely while they were treating their minions to weeks of silence and made a meal out of the loss of their other camper.
Also says they'll have this gifted truck for 2-3 months which must be such a huge net loss for the company because not only will they break things, but they'll also create so much drama that will make the vehicle seem undesirable and unreliable.

If they’ve been gifted that loan vehicle or received a discount then they must disclose this and label ‘ad’ clearly. Takes a couple of minutes to report here https://www.asa.org.uk/

Here’s this for comparison:

I don’t know, maybe Lapland and Finland have clear roads and are less remote or extreme than the far north of Sweden. No surprise there’s been no mention of the route they’ll take!

Seriously though, a breakdown in the wrong place with such cold temps could be life threatening couldn’t it.

Forcing myself to watch them, I couldn't believe yet again 6ft 2in Wurzel hadn't checked to see if he would fit on the bed, but was just winging it saying it would be fine because they could change it around and also how the max height inside was 6ft, but that would also be fine when he's 2 inches taller. They've been through this before. Do they ever learn? he's a tall man, whether he can fit in the bed or move around in the living space is important. It's like educating pork.

I love it when they slip up on their vegan food account and reveal where they've really been lately. Worzel says they were there last Thursday.

What 'jobs' do this pair of disingenuous, grifting arseholes have to worry about?!

No wonder they're getting backlash in the comments - they banged on about the Joker, gave the tour etc and then it's gone without a word! Even if they said 'look, we can't say much due to legalities' (again...!) or admitted they only had it on a test for a couple of days, that would be better than brushing why they now don't have it under the carpet. They just went 'we lost it' - what, did Worzel lose the keys when having a strip wash in a ditch?!

'Time to start living for NOW'?
Well it might be an idea to not treat the people who enable this self indulgent lifestyle with contempt. Because they'll stop supporting them.
I've read most of the comments and saw no trolling at all. Just (probably now former) supporters aghast at their latest stupid idea and the lack of respect in even trying to explain what happened with the last van.
Remember the radio silence for two weeks then 'a tragedy has happened. Don't worry. We're OK' - and then not explaining.
And they've not been honest at all about what they've been doing since getting back from Europe.

No acknowledgment of their privilege either. Like the fact that for 6 months out of their year, they're staying with family rent free doing duck all. It's easy not to worry about the future when you've got a cushy safety net and others are taking care of all your daily expenses. Not everyone can take off 3 months at a time off work or disappear for a month because they feel sad. Not everyone has the luxury of constantly failing and strangers on the internet paying for the damages.
