I like Craig with Josie, he doesn't come across as patronising when she makes her silly comments, Phil was awful at that! Andy Peters was also a brilliant pairing with Josie.

I hope they don't try the giveaway presenters like Kate Lawler as they're bad enough in those few minutes 😫

Yeah, I just posted in the Holly thread (I never know which one to post in) ... I don't mind Louise, at least compared to many female presenters. She comes across as genuine, seems 'normal', has journalism skills and can strike the balance between serious and silly without being condescending.
 
Patrick Kielty has just started presenting the Irish chat show The Late Late. Its a pity I could have seen him and his wife Cat Deely doing a great job. He's intelligent, funny and can do the political side too. She's a good presenter, comes across well.
 
They have to get Alison off! Especially her and Dermot, it's very obvious they dislike each other. Dermot tries but she can't hide her distain. Dónal Skehan had a behind the scenes last Friday and there was no laughing from Alison in that. She was over at the table scoffing the food with a massive scowl on her face. She's also so self absorbed. Today the thanking segment. A letter comes in thanking Dermot and the only thing Alison can say is "is there a letter for me? ". She pretends to joke but is obviously not joking! I can't stand her anymore. Rant over

That was so funny as she really didn't want him to tell the truth. She said she had found £20 in a car park and gave it to charity but Dermot just cracked up and said tell the truth and she was doing everything she could to not tell. In the end, after a prompting from Gyles Brandreth, Dermot said she went into a charity shop and spent £15 on a handbag and £5 on sweets so not actually giving it to charity.
There was also the story when she said she had not noticed that £10 grand was taken from her bank account for a car service instead of £1.000 until the garage told her a month later.
She is always the first to snaffle the stuff when the guests presenters are demonstrating goods.

I find Dermot a smarmy fake git myself. I'm not fan of Alison, but I just think she's out of her depth with likes of Dermot, Holly et al ... they really are nasty pieces of work.

Just come across this thread, I really can’t stand Alison, she’s completely out of her depth and has no journalistic skills. She is good as the funny side Kick but definitely not the main presenter she’s so unprofessional and doesn’t know how to carry herself Holly and Rochelle are much better I also do not get the appeal of Josie. She’s another one who is completely out of her depth when it comes to the journalistic side she just hasn’t got a clue and her accent is really annoying. Also I think storm Huntley from the Jeremy Vine show might have the main presenter job on this morning. I don’t think that’s a good choice either. She has no personality or screen presence.

Really scraping the barrel with Storm Huntley. Rochelle has about as much personality as the the chair she sits on and also knows nothing about what is going on in the world unless it is about clothes and make-up and just about manages to read the autoque.
Josie Gibson - imo - is the best of the bunch and has a great personality without being over the top. Teamed with Dermot or Ben Shepard she is OK.
